This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo works perfectly for families and groups of up to six – and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and a desk/work area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks, and there’s seating for four at the dining table and two more at the counter.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. As with many listings the property is more dated than shown in photos. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was excellent for skiing and access to town for restaurants and shopping. Underground parking and elevator a plus. Wires from TV need to be cleaned up. Additional receptacles, extension cords or charging ports needed in bedrooms. On site hot tub not appealing but community hot tubs and pool OK but also dated. Host very responsive. Overall a great vacation.
Communication with property management was good but follow through was lacking - asked for 2 things - coffee maker did not seem to be working properly and they were quick to respond and bring a brand new one but also asked for a flat kitchen spatula and never received it - location was good, parking was great, condo was comfortable for our 2 couples - would stay again
This place worked great for our family of 3 for a summer visit. We didn’t move our cars all week and could walk to everything- Main Street, gondola, hiking, dinner, grocery store, pool, biking trails, etc. The community pool is a short walk away. The condo was even nicer than expected- the kitchen/dining area has been completely remodeled and is nice and modern (listing pictures seem to be outdated). The living room couch is very comfortable to collapse on after a full active day outdoors. Only wish there were patio chairs to enjoy the nice balcony. Would definitely stay here again!
Not a far walk from the snowflake lift, ski in at the end of the day. Very spacious and tons of room!

We loved the location of this condo! We were able to walk everywhere we went. The layout was great for our family having both bedrooms upstairs & living room down. The kitchen has everything thing we needed & we really enjoyed the little patio in the treetops.

Following the instructions that were provided via email, it was easy to arrive and just drive up to our condo. Keyless entry and parking garage with elevator was nice. The two story condo provided ample space for our family. All the appliances worked properly but the TV was a little complicated for us since it’s outdated.

Great medium sized condo, on site hot tub wasn't in service, but the one ~1000 feet away was working. 1 ding for the hot tub. Otherwise, great place to stay. The "dated" look wasn't terrible, it has a rustic feed to it.

This place was very convenient to the Snowflake chair lift, and was easy to walk to the bus stop for the gondola lift. We flhad a rental car and only used it one day when we decided to go to Vail. Everything else was in walking distance, ski resort, downtown, and you had the busses for everything else. The place was very comfortable and had everything you needed to be comfortable. We mainly cooked in every night and the kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. Parking in the garage was great so we did not have to worry about cleaning off the vehicle when it snowed. The staff was very good at communicating with me before, during, and after the stay. Definitely would highly recommend.

This rental was close and convenient to the slopes and had all of the things we physically needed for our stay in the unit. The full kitchen, fireplace, and washer and dryer came in very handy. The unit overall could use some work. The kitchen, cooking utensils, and supplies were all dirty, and I had to wash them before using everything since there were still food particles left on all of the cooking utensils. The shower in the guest bathroom was clogged throughout our entire stay. I made management aware and no one came to fix the issue. My children ended up showering in my bathroom since there were about 5 inches of standing water in the 2nd bathroom. The unit could also use a deeper clean. Upon our arrival, we found food, wrappers, socks, and food particles under the beds, and food in some of the game boxes. There were stains on the walls and the carpets that needed cleaning as well. The bedding and bathrooms were cleaned, but it seems like many other areas of the unit were neglected. One of the days we saw a roach in the unit. Overall, the unit had the things we needed for our stay, but the unit felt dirty and lacked attention. The couch in the living room was uncomfortable, and also felt very dirty to sit on. It could use a replacement. We would not return to this unit again in the future.

We went in August and the 45-65F temperature was a welcome relief from the Texas heat. Sundowner II lived up to its description of how nice it was furnished There was even a pantry loaded with foodstuffs. Everything worked perfectly. Location-wise, if you Google the address 465 Four O'Clock Road, you will find it is within walking distance to ski lifts, a free gondola, high and low-end restaurants, bike paths, museums, breweries, a grocery store, and shopping. The owners were excellent in maintaining contact to see if everything was okay. We appreciated them letting us know about the Breckenridge International Festival of Arts. It was fantastic and mostly free.
