Awesome Townhome Near Snowflake Lift-Short walk to Town!!

Lodging and short term rentals: Lodging stays limited to two households in any lodging unit, including short-term vacation rentals. A household is defined as the person or persons who live together in a single residence.
Location: Winterpoint Townhome #14 is a 2 Bed/2.5 Bath Condo located right off 4 O'Clock Rd in Breckenridge, CO. Nestled between Peak 8 and 9, the Snowflake Lift is about a block away. Ski back to the condo with a short stroll from across the street (50yd stroll). Walking to the downtown area and around Breck is very easy. It is a 5-10 min walk to downtown to great shopping, amazing restaurants, fun bars and many more activities. Don't want to walk? The transit system is very easy to use. Bus routes can get you to the rec center, ice skating rink, grocery store and more.

Townhouse: Stonehaven is a remodeled, 3-level townhouse in Winterpoint Townhomes. The living room has tall, vaulted ceilings with plenty of room for all to sit. There is a flat-screen TV for all to watch. A sleeper sofa is located on this level, too. The next level is the kitchen and dining room. Room at the table for the family. Coffe-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven refrigerator and all the gadgets needed to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. There is a half-bath just around the corner. The top floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a tall queen-sized bed. It includes a larger closet and a smaller closet. A balcony is also located off this room. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a bunk bed(singles). The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head. A larger closet is included with this bedroom. There is a single-car, heated garage on the bottom floor of the condo, too.
The Upper Village Pool provides a heated swimming pool as well as hot tubs to soak after a day on the slopes. This is just a few hundred yards from the condo. The pools close in the shoulder seasons, so check first if you require them in off-season.

Our stay was fantastic! We drove in, and the host let us get in early, which was much appreciated after a long drive! The home was clean, and had all the amenities we needed plus some. It was awesome to have laundry detergent, enough spices to add to our meals, foil and other "little" things that made the stay feel like home. The location was perfect for easy access to the snowflake lift, ski rental shop and downtown Breck. Best part was the christmas tree that was lit up in the living room- the perfect thing for our family Christmas vacation!

Simply excellent. Everything was so thought out in the townhome. The garage was awesome: bench to put on ski boots, shelves for ski bags and ski rack to hang our skis. Extra blankets and pillows in every room. And phone chargers next to every bed. We carried our skis to the snowflake lift each morning (2-3 minutes/150 yards or so). Maybe a 5-7 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc. Really a perfect location. A wonderful host. A faultless townhome. Such a great week. Thank you!

I have lived in Breckenridge since 2000. The condo has been owned in our family since 1997. My parents lived in the condo for 10 years before they relocated. Prior, we visited Breck multiple times each year since 1981.

Why they chose this property

Years of traveling to Breckenridge resulted in finally deciding to buy this townhouse where we could easily ski in and out, as well as walk to town. Our first draw to Breckenridge was the skiing. But we soon found out how great this place is in the summer too. Hiking, golf, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and fishing are just the tip of the iceberg!
