Not worth it.

Kicked myself, my significant other and our 10 week old baby out because we had a service dog with us. Happened over Memorial Day weekend. No need to go into further detail.

Sorry we could not accommodate these travelers but there was no communication beforehand about them bringing dogs. When reminded about our no pet policy at check-in, they told us the dogs would be staying at another location. However, the next day I heard the dogs barking from inside the cabin. When they returned I saw them let dogs out to run around free. When reminded again about our no pets policy they claimed that the dogs were emotional support animals (ESA) but had no proof. Only now are they claiming that the dogs are service animals. Vrbo and the ADA state that ESA's are not considered to be service animals. This begs to question why, if the dogs are service animals, were they left in the cabin all day alone? These folks were asked to leave when the man started yelling obscenities. They occupied the cabin one night and into the following evening. We extended grace by refunding 2 nights and feel we did everything we could to accommodate them.
