Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Gym is for persons age 18 & over only. No food in gym please. Boat dock to left of property is not part of this rental property.
All trash put in outdoor cans must be bagged. Failure to bag trash in indoor can or outdoor can will result in a $25, fee
Boat house and dock next door must not be used by guests. Property is posted for trespassers
