Welcome to our the Magnolia, nestled on 2 acres amongst mature oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. Our 4BR-2BA ranch is freshly furnished with modern touches for the utmost comfort. With 2 king beds, and two twins (each with a separate trundle) our home is perfect for a large family or a smaller group that enjoys extra space.

LOCATION:
Located in the southwest corner of Ocala, we are just 7 miles from SR-40 entrance to World Equestrian Center and 11 miles to Rainbow River. We love the vast wildlife and outdoor activities that surround the area-Rainbow springs, nature coast, and the Ocala National Forest.

THE HOUSE:
You’ll enter the front door into a large great room with vaulted ceilings. There is a cozy spot to watch TV on our 65” OLED or stream music on the Sonos Arc soundbar. A new leather sofa and love seat are a great place to kick back.

At the back end of the great room is our 8-top dining room table, perfect for large family dinners.

Enter through double doors to the spacious master bedroom en suite. The centerpiece is a king platform bed (new ‘Avocado’ mattress, with 9 inches of organic latex, plus organic cotton). On each side of the bed are reading lights and matching night stand shelves. A 50” Smart TV rests above the desk. If you are an early riser, step outside your private door to the patio area and enjoy the sunrise.
The attached master bathroom has dual lavatories, a sizable walk in shower and corner soaking tub.

The front bonus bedroom offers another king bed with new ‘Avocado’ organic latex mattress, premium cotton sheets and 4 plush pillows.

Our kitchen is furnished with new granite counter tops, stainless appliances, double oven, pots, pans, utensils, blender, and more for cooking any of your favorite dishes.

We have a small breakfast nook off the kitchen; a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a complimentary coffee/ tea bar with Keurig, coffee grinder, French press and hot water kettle.

On the west side of the home are two bedrooms with single beds. For additional accommodations trundle beds slide out from each twin bed.

Between the two west bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/ shower combo.

The laundry room is equipped with a new Whirlpool washer (top loader) and dryer and utility sink available for guests. Fragrant free detergent is provided in this Load & Go washer.

On the back of the house, accessible from the great room or master bedroom is a lanai (screen porch) with wicker seating and string lights. Beyond the lanai is a paver patio with table/ chairs and charcoal grill.

RV/ Trailer parking is available with 30 amp electric and water hookups. Sewer hookups not available. RV/ Camper guests count towards overall number of guests on the property.

Wifi connection is through Starlink Satelite internet. Speeds are generally good, but may fluctuate during storms or peak hours.

The house was great for extended family there for a wedding. Space was well equipped and everyone was comfortable in their beds and with the dining areas and gathering spaces. Everything was clean, well kept and stocked. No soap or shampoo in showers—just something to keep in mind. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the great collection of outdoor games and ping pong, but that was a selling point for me!

This was by far the most well equipped home we have stayed in. (And we use VRBO an lot) Everything was so well organized and the kitchen has everything! It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were sorry to be leaving. We will definitely be back.

Don’t miss out, STAY HERE!

This was quite literally one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. Clean is an understatement, this place is spotless, they even do deep cleans after each pet stay! It’s also very safe, fully stocked, fully fenced and close to WEC. Amber is so sweet, we ended up having an issue with an Airbnb we were moving into from her house, I contacted her in panic as I have my 3 dogs with us, she let us stay longer even with having another booking coming in right after us. We were so grateful! Stay here, I promise you’ll book again if you do!!

Great dog friendly family retreat

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday with our dog. It was perfect. It was very clean, organized and well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and other games there at the house. There was a big fenced in back yard for our dog to enjoy and we really enjoyed having her with us. We went to the Equestrian center one evening and it was only about 15 minutes away. We will definitely stay again.

Nice house, good amenities, on 2 acres so the neighbors are not on top of you.The host was quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The home was convenient to the antique shops and several local restaurants. We would stay here again when back in the area.

Ocala Family Trip for Fathers 90th Birthday

We just spent a lovely weekend in Ocala to celebrate my Father's 90th birthday. The house was beautiful and just like advertised. Beds very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect for everyone to have space but still be together. Ping pong table used a lot during afternoon rain and the fire pit was used one evening. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Overall a great place and would recommend.

The house and property are exactly as described. The AC worked perfectly, which isn't always a guaranty. The hosts definitely put a lot of thought into equipping the house. Everything you need is right there. Make sure to read the welcome book they provide. We tried a number of their suggestions and enjoyed each one.

Above expectation. The attention to detail has the potential to make or break a trip and this property has thought of it all. Bedding is comfortable, children were occupied, and memories were made. We spent Saturday tubing down the rainbow river and the evening around the fire sharing stories and making s'mores. It was magical. Thank you. We will be visiting again soon to do the zip lining!!

VERY NICE place. Located in a nice, safe neighborhood, this location was exactly as listed. It was very clean and organized. There was more than enough parking room for two trucks and two trailers in the yard. The back patio had plenty of room and was well set up. My wife misses very much the super high heat burner feature on the stove along with the convection oven. I may be forced to buy one just to keep her happy.😃 I

This house was perfect for us. We needed to be close to the WEC to watch our daughters compete. I wish we could have spent more time at the house. It would have been perfect for making a meal and playing games. We appreciated the in house directions and labels. It's hard to know details about a place right away. Thank you for having coffee there to get us started in the morning!! The master bed is comfortable. Thanks for not having the fake feather pillows that squish down to a pancake. We will book again next year for our horse show. The owners are quite responsive.

Our latest adventure is our vacation home in Ocala, Florida. We love the many outdoor activities the immediate area provides. while also being within a 1-2 hour drive of Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville and Daytona.

Why they chose this property

As KY natives we were drawn to the other “horse capital of the world” and the beautiful new World Equestrian Center in Ocala. We sought this 4 bedroom 2 bath house for our 5 children, plus a bonus bedroom for the grandparents. We were especially drawn to the 2 acre property for the mature oak trees and valuable shade they provide in the summer. The RV hookups are a bonus for friends and family that travel in style. We think you’ll also love the relaxing atmosphere at our Ocala homestead.

What makes this property unique

We are only 11 miles to the beautiful Rainbow River and 7 miles to the World Equestrian Center. We are also within a short drive of dozens of other beautiful natural springs… Silver Springs, Ichetucknee Springs, Salt Springs, Juniper Springs, Silver Glen Springs, Crystal River, De Leon Springs, Rock Springs and more.
