This lovely 10 acre farm is located in a popular area of Ocala; it's close to downtown, 4 miles to Florida Horse Park, and next to the Florida Greenway Trails! Live Oak Ranch features 5 beds/4 baths, a new sparkling pool, open floor plan, including a sleek & modern open concept kitchen, dining area, and living areas that allow everyone to gather together.

A car is the best way to get around, but you’ll see horses and mountain bikes as the Santos Trailhead is a quick walk from the ranch.

And don't forget about a day trip to the waters of Silver Springs State Park that are dotted with kayaks and glass-bottom boats. Take a ride on a Kayak, Paddleboard or Clear Kayak Adventure Tour on the lake!! The park is also the gateway to the woods and lakes of the vast Ocala National Forest to the east. This is also a great place to stay if visiting the University of Florida Gainesville and want something quiet...

Please take all trash to the trash cans outside if the front gate so as to not attract bugs and other pests! thank you!
Set AC (upstairs and down) to 79 to help conserve
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The owner closet and the ROOF are off limits and subject to a $500 fine each if entered.
The trash must be taken to the bins just outside the gate. Trash may not be left outside or in the house due to pests and animals. Thank you!
Please only look at the horses. Do not pet or feed.

Perfect retreat

We decided to hold our annual Fathers reunion here and it was perfect. We grilled out, hung out by the pool and got a chance to go to Rainbow River. The property was very accommodating.

This property makes an ideal VRBO. Plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen is roomy and well stocked to cook. Games were super fun and the pool is very nice. Property manager was exceptionally helpful.

Great house for large group

The house was great for the 10 of us. It’s located on a beautiful piece of property and close to Silver Springs. We spent the day kayaking and came back and used the nice fire pit out front. It was great having a large kitchen and dinning area for all of us to hang out together. The host was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We gathered with family and friends to celebrate a UF Grad- about 45 minutes from UF (give or take a few). Property is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, linens, literally anything you could need. Upgraded bathrooms and clean and comfortable beds- it’s beautiful and clean. The surrounding area is gorgeous as well. We had a blast- perfect for a small gathering of family to be able to stay all together!

We had a few different families together stay in the house. There were plenty of beds for everyone. House was very spacious very private. We really enjoyed the swimming, pool and all the games that they had there and amenities. Lots of pool table and ping pong challenges along with Foos ball. It was really great. It was our own little resort.

FAMILY GATHERING FOR GRANDMAS 80TH BIRTHDAY

FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS "THIS ISN'T THE HOUSE IN THE VRBO PROMO". THE PHOTO IN THE VRBO AD MUST BE MANY MANY YEARS OLD AND IS VERY VERY MISLEADING. DOWNSTAIRS IS A NICE LARGE AREA AND WAS CLEAN EXCEPT FOR THE STOVE OVEN. THERE WERE SOME FLOOR TILES THAT WERE CHIPPED. OUTSIDE AROUND THE HOUSE WAS VERY TRASHY A CLEAN UP GUY DID COME BY AND CLEAN UP. POOL WATER WAS VERY DIRTY THE OWNER DID HAVE A POOL GUY COME TO TREAT THE WATER WITH CEMICALS BUT THEN WE COIULDN'T USE THE POOL UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON. CEILING FANS IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS DIDN'T WORK. WINDOW SHADE IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM DIDN'T WORK. OUR THREE NIGHT STAY COST WAS OVER 2,500.00 IN MY OPINION IT DOESN'T HAVE THAT MUCH VALUE. YES, WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PROPERTY.
