Claire’s studio, adjacent to another holiday rental in the Favière area, is the perfect place for a beach holiday (a 700-meter walk away; there’s a paid municipal car park with direct access to the beach). To get to Gouron Beach, take a walking path through the pine forest. In a quiet, secluded setting, you’ll enjoy a private terrace and a free parking spot for your car. Close to shops, amenities, and services, your stay will be enlivened by local festivities: the flower parade, “Sport en Lumières,” concerts, dances, gourmet getaways, the T24 sporting event, and more… Pétanque, water sports, artisan markets, the Museum of Art and History, literary evenings, the “Parcours des Sages” trail, and botanical tours will round out your activities. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen: dishes, table, chairs, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cookware, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, and oven. The living area features a 140x190 cm fold-out sofa bed, a wardrobe, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV, and two nightstands. In the bathroom, you’ll find a towel rack, a hair dryer, a closet, a clothes drying rack, an ironing board and an iron, as well as everything you need for cleaning.
