Spacious and peaceful house completely renovated in a residential area 2 minutes walk from the city centre, the open market of shops, the marina and the beaches of Dinard.

5 bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a living - dining room with veranda overlooking the garden and its large wooden terrace.

The accommodation
The house has just been completely renovated: plumbing, electricity, water heater x 2, shower room x 2, toilet x 2, fitted kitchen, large terrace and outdoor garden.
The bedding is completely new (bed / mattress / cushions / duvets).
All the layout and decoration of the house have been designed for the well-being and holidays of travellers.

The garden and terrace benefit from a beautiful South / South-West exposure with BBQ and garden furniture.

The whole house is accessible to travellers.

All storage in the rooms is empty and usable by travellers, as well as the drawers under the beds.
