Ideally located in the centre of Dinard, quiet, 50 metres from the market hall and the market and 500 metres from the beach of the Ecluse and the Port.
The house was built in 2021 and designed by a decorator and benefits from 4 bedrooms with excellent beds of 160x200.
The house is very well equipped for you to have a great stay.

On the ground floor, an entrance, a bright living room, an open fitted kitchen, a closed fireplace, a wardrobe, a toilet.
A patio not overlooked including a large table, chairs, armchairs, Forge Adour gas plancha and an outdoor shower.
An outbuilding opening onto the terrace including a small office (ethernet connection), a sofa, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer)

On the first level, 3 bedrooms each with a double wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a double sink, a large walk-in shower and a second separate toilet.

On the second level, the master bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom with a double sink and a third separate toilet.

Street parking is free and the public car park at the market is nearby.

You have access to the whole house and the outbuilding.

The market of Dinard is present on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and the halls are open every morning except Mondays.

All the equipment in the house is new.
The TV in the living room and master bedroom are connected and have Netflix access.

Lovers of cooking will find everything they need in the house.
