Entrance via the common street to the owners. Ground floor : - laundry room common to the 2 gîtes, with washing machine and dryer, rinsing shower. 1st floor apartment: - entrance distributing 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom 1 bed 140x190 cm and 1 bed 90 x 190 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 cm and 1 baby bed, - bathroom-wc, - living room with well-equipped kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, combined freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small household appliances), - living room (TV with USB socket, comfortable for 4 people, a little more comfortable for 5 people (no extra charge), however with a real bed installed: ideal for children. Complete baby equipment. On the beach of Pourville-sur-Mer, on the 1st floor of an old Norman hotel typical of the seaside, this comfortable, functional and bright apartment offers an exceptional view of the sea. Without a garden, you can benefit from the lawn and from the pedestrian promenade of the family seaside resort of Pourville, the large pebble and fine sand beach (at low tide), play areas for children, restaurants and shops, the nautical club, waves for windsurfing sailing or surfing ... The environment is calm and very pleasant with, on both sides, a view of the cliffs of the Alabaster coast. Nearby, Varengeville-sur-Mer has several remarkable gardens and access to the sea full of charm, and Dieppe at 7km ensures animation and cultural leisure all year round. Pets welcome (no cats): 1 dog maximum per stay (free): all dogs are accepted except categorized dogs.
