Akzeptabel in guter Lage

Gerne wieder. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde länger nichts investiert, kleine Mängel gibt es und es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Alles in allem punktet aber die super Lage, die kleine Terrasse und die eigene Garage. Insgesamt zweckmäßig und gemütlich und sofern das Wetter Aktivitäten und Bewegung draußen zulässt groß genug für eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung optimal

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, Terasse sehr schön, leider ist die Toilette im Erdgeschoss nicht zu benutzen da viel zu klein und das Waschbecken im Schlafraum im Obergeschoss ist auch nicht wirklich schön, aber alles andere sehr gut

Bezeichnung Luxuswohnung ist ein Witz.

Negativ.Wohnung zu teuer.es fehlten an wichtigen Stellen Glühbirnen( am Bett,Terasse wurde repariert ,-Spiegelschrank kampe defekt.Es fehlten Steckdosen am Spiegelschrank für den Föhn. Positiv . Stadtzentrum 20 Meter entfernt,schöne Terasse zum ausruhen.

Perfekte Lage, mitten im Ort. Tolle Tiefgarage. Treppe etwas eng und steil, aber sonst ein süßes Häuschen. Hoffentlich irgendwann mal wieder

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Ein schönes zentral gelegenes Appartement mit netten Vermietern vor Ort. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Haustüre und bis zum Strand lediglich 5min Gehweg. Den Luxus-Anspruch kann die Unterkunft aber leider nicht ganz erfüllen. Der Duschvorhang im Bad war bspw. zu lang und am unteren Ende entsprechend nicht sehr ansehnlich. Nichtsdestotrotz können wir das Appartement weiterempfehlen und würden es auch noch mal buchen.

Hält nicht, was sie verspricht!! Toilette viel zu klein und riecht unangenehm. Badezimmer alt und einfach. Betten viel zu weich! Einfach viel zu teuer!!!

Schöne Ferien

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Vermieter sehr nett, Zentral gelegen. Und wir haben uns super erholt. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren.
