The suitable for 4 persons about 62 sqm bungalow is located in tranquil location on a dead end on 2500 m² of green land and has a separate living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet.

The courtyard with private garden and lawn game is hidden from view by a sealing fence with lockable gate and planting. The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and 2 roll-chairs with cushions.

The living room has a cozy leather sofas and a flat screen TV, a radio with cassette and CD part-Fi and a private telephone exchange number (German landline).

The fitted kitchen with direct access to your own car park has a seat, an electric cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer,
Vacuum cleaners, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster and kettle.

The master double bedroom has views to the garden area. The two smaller bedrooms are each furnished with a single bed.

We will also be heated in summer (central heating).
