Our small holiday home for 2–4 people (ideal for 2 adults and two children), with approximately 60 square metres of living space in a Scandinavian style, is situated on a 1,000-square-meter, partially wooded natural lot in a village setting not far from the Baltic Sea spa town of Grömitz (approx. 2.5 km) in the Brenkenhagen district.<br><br>This cosy holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful, and cosy holiday.<br><br>A large living room with a dining area and satellite TV, <br>an integrated kitchen with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dish soap, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, salt and pepper, <br>, and a wood-burning stove (wood included) invites you to relax—not just on rainy days.<br><br>The master bedroom with satellite TV is a cosy place to retreat to and get a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>For the little ones, there’s a children’s room with a bunk bed.<br><br>Bathroom:<br>a shower room, toilet, and hair dryer <br><br>Bed linens and towels (initial supply: 1 shower towel and 2 hand towels per person), bath mats, and kitchen linens are included in the final cleaning fee.<br><br>In the storage room, you’ll find a safe, vacuum cleaner, mop, mop bucket, travel cot, high chair, and bed rail.<br><br>A washing machine and an outdoor sauna are available in two separate, independent outdoor areas.<br><br>A large, covered, fully equipped terrace with lounge chairs, a parasol, a seating area, and a grill is part of the outdoor amenities.<br><br>For the little ones, the outdoor area features a swing set with a slide, a sandpit, and a large garden.
