Excellent location!

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is perfect for exploring Avignon. Monique responded to my questions very quickly and made check-in and check out extremely easy for me. I the decor and artwork are quite lovely.

Monique and her husband, Michel, welcomed us warmly after a long and exhausting journey. Michel kindly carried one of our suitcases up the two flights of stairs, which we really appreciated. Monique was easily reachable through WhatsApp and the Vrbo app and responded almost immediately to all of my messages. They are kind, helpful people, and the apartment truly is lovely—clean, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully located in the pedestrian center of Avignon, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the main sights.The apartment is furnished with antiques, artwork, and personal decorative pieces that give it considerable charm. However, the emphasis on protecting these items and maintaining the apartment’s condition made us feel somewhat anxious about making ourselves at home. For that reason, it may be better suited to adults or families with older children.We arrived late after long flights and train journeys. It had been pouring rain all day, and without umbrellas, everything got wet—including our phones, which stopped working after getting soaked. Given how visibly exhausted we were and our need to get dinner, we would have appreciated the hosts recognizing the circumstances and shortening the welcome tour. Instead, the tour and paperwork took approximately 45 minutes, including detailed appliance instructions. We had received the French-language rental contract ahead of time, but the documents and spoken explanations were entirely in French, which we did

Spacious and tasteful.

A very well appointed, spacious and tasteful apartment. Gracious welcome from hosts , Monique and Michel who provided all the information we needed. Only minutes from the beautiful market and various supermarkets and in the centre of the old city with countless places to dine and experience the local culture. Avignon is beautiful and has a great ambience.A most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Bonjour Madame,Hélène Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Je suis néanmoins surprise par votre commentaire concernant la sur-nappe transparente. Lors de votre arrivée, je vous ai présenté l’appartement en détail lors de la visite. Je vous ai indiqué l’emplacement de la nappe en tissu et les sets de table mis à votre disposition dans le buffet blanc, afin que chacun puisse choisir ce qui lui convient et profiter pleinement des beaux objets de l'appartement. J'aurais également apprécié que votre commentaire mentionne l'accueil qui vous a été réservé. Malgré vos deux heures de retard, je vous ai accueillie avec plaisir et j'ai pris le temps de vous présenter le logement afin que votre arrivée tardive soit la plus agréable possible, des boissons, des gâteaux et une très bonne bouteille de rosé avaient été préparés à votre attention , pour que vous ne soyez pas contrainte de chercher de quoi grignoter. Enfin, j'ai également fait preuve de souplesse Lors de votre arrivée tardive. Je regrette que ces attentions n'aient pas été évoquées et que vous ne m'ayez pas fait part de votre remarque pendant votre séjour, car je vous aurais naturellement rappelé l’emplacement de la nappes en tissu Souleiado et les sets de table. Je vous remercie malgré tout pour vos commentaires positifs sur l'emplacement et le confort de l'appartement, et vous souhaite une bonne continuation. Cordialement

Cet appartement est très agréable, parfaitement équipé et meublé, une climatisation très efficace et silencieuse.La situation au centre ville est excellente, on est à 15 minutes au maximum de tous les théâtres, et malgré une rue très passante, les doubles vitrages protègent parfaitement du bruit.Je recommande chaudement cet appartement.

Un appartement idéalement placé pour qui veut profiter de la ville intra muros à pied. Toutes les commodités et théâtres à quelques minutes de marche. L'accueil des hôtes est excellent et le lieu est décoré avec goût. Entièrement climatisé, c'est un choix idéal en été !
