Pazific, tucked away at the Alten Strom - family-friendly, modern, special This suite is lovingly furnished and completely new, completely and comfortably equipped: flat-screen TV, stereo radio / CD (with IPod / iPhone docking), Internet (WLAN) and complete Kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). The "Pacific" apartment is largely barrier-free on the ground floor and offers you a comfortable living / dining area with a cozy seating area (sofa bed 120 x 200 cm), two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a nice one shower room. Enjoy the sun on your own terrace with a beach chair.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Pick up deposit from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request, WiFi _______ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

schöne große Wohnung, sauber, in Nähe zum alten Strom. alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren in den 7 Tagen sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung erneut mieten - Preis für die 7 Nächte nicht günstig, aber für Warnemünde im üblichen Rahmen bei der Wohnungsgröße mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Etwas hellhörig bzw. das Getrampel des Nachbarn über uns empfand ich abends etwas störend. Es war insgesamt ein schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Abends konnte man gut auf der Terrasse im Strandkorb sitzen. Wir bedanken uns für den netten Empfang am Anreisetag und werden bei zukünftigen Reisen nach Warnemünde die Wohnung erneut in Betracht ziehen.

Lage und Ausstattung der Fewo ist gut. Die notwendigen Besorgungen und die meisten Aktivitäten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war verständlich. Die Sauberkeit wie Toilette und Flecken über dem Bett im Schlafzimmer könnte besser sein.

Schöne FeWo in toller Lage

Die FeWo war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ansprechpartner waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. In 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Trubel am Alten Strom und dennoch ist Lage etwas ruhiger. Wir würden hier wieder buchen. 🙂

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Evtl wäre eine Mikrowelle schön und noch ein zweiter Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Zumal die Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen ausgelegt wäre.
