Only 2 minutes to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach ....

The lovingly furnished apartment with two bedrooms, a baby bedroom with a cot, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle) and a bathroom is located on the quiet south side in the basement of a two-family house.
Breakfast can be taken on a terrace with a view of the garden. A parking space is on the property. It is only about 150 meters to the fine sandy beach. Furthermore, Warnemünde is an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours along the coast (2 bicycles are available). The proximity to Rostock with all its activities and sights enables a varied and exciting holiday.

The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children (2 x 2 beds plus a baby bed) or one or two couples (please note that one bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und sehr gut gelegen. Zum Strand sind es 5 min. zu Fuß. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

die Wohnung ist traumhaft umgeben von einem schönen Garten, wenn man morgens aufwacht kommt man sich vor wie im Botanischen Garten.Frühstück auf der Terrasse, einfach herrlich.Es hat einfach alles gepasst.Herr Stave war überaus freundlich wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Nur positives: Die Wohnung ist charmant eingerichtet und hat alles was man so braucht. Freundliche Vermieter. In 2 min ist man tatsächlich am Strand. Unterkunft ist auch gut mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Heizung hat gut funktioniert, als es mal kälter war. WLAN prima. Und auch wichtig: Betten, in denen man gut schlafen kann.

Wunderbar gelegen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung wieder sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Fahrrad zum Brötchen holen. Die Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist toll. Von hier aus lassen sich viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Sebastian ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man als Familie braucht. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist und konnten die Wohnung gut zu Fuß und auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist sensationell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
