The lovingly furnished apartment with two bedrooms, a baby bedroom with a cot, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle) and a bathroom is located on the quiet south side in the basement of a two-family house.
Breakfast can be taken on a terrace with a view of the garden. A parking space is on the property. It is only about 150 meters to the fine sandy beach. Furthermore, Warnemünde is an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours along the coast (2 bicycles are available). The proximity to Rostock with all its activities and sights enables a varied and exciting holiday.

The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children (2 x 2 beds plus a baby bed) or one or two couples (please note that one bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee und waren rundum sehr zufrieden.Die Lage ist einfach top – ideal für Ausflüge und perfekt, um die Region zu erkunden. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch der vorhandene Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft, was uns die Anreise sehr erleichtert hat.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den sehr netten Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen hat und super unkompliziert war.Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung jedem Ostsee-Urlauber nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Eine schöne und toll gelegene Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern!Wir konnten unerwartet bereits eher einchecken, was uns zeitlich sehr gut passte.Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt bzw. in der Beschreibung.Wir hatten hier angenehme und schöne Tage.Obwohl sich im Gebäude eine Arztpraxis befindet, waren wir jederzeit ungestört. Tatsächlich hatten wir etwas in der Wohnung vergessen (noch gar nicht bemerkt, bis die Vermieter sich meldeten) und dies wurde sofort nachgeschickt!

Familie Stave ist eine sehr nette Gastfamilie! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.Parkplatz direkt vir der Tür Ein großer Pluspunkt auch zum Standort: wenige Schritte entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle, die einen aller paar Minuten gen Zentrum und zurück bringt, oder sogar bis nach Rostock.Und das Highlight, die Ostsee (FKK/Textilstrand) auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass sie viel Wert darauf legen, ihren Gästen eine schöne Zeit zu bereiten. Die Unterkunft war ein Ort zum Ankommen und Entspannen – wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die FeWo ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Alternativ gibt es eine kleine Sonnenterasse mit Blick in den schönen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Anreise war sehr einfach und der Parkplatz direkt neben der FeWo war ideal. Bei warmen Temperaturen, kann man auch die dazugehörige Terrasse nutzen. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah und die Innenstadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ebenso mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist etwas suboptimal aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Wenn man etwas genauer hinschaut, fallen einen etwas schmutzige ecken etc auf aber da haben wir drüber hinweg gesehen, da ansonsten wirklich alles super war.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und sehr gut gelegen. Zum Strand sind es 5 min. zu Fuß. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

die Wohnung ist traumhaft umgeben von einem schönen Garten, wenn man morgens aufwacht kommt man sich vor wie im Botanischen Garten.Frühstück auf der Terrasse, einfach herrlich.Es hat einfach alles gepasst.Herr Stave war überaus freundlich wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
