Wind chimes, fairytale living by the sea - Haus Sterntaler

All apartments in the Sterntaler house are lovingly furnished in a romantic fairytale ambience and at the same time have comfortable furnishings: TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and modern kitchenettes (with microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc .). The apartment on the 1st floor offers you a beautiful terrace, a cozy living / dining area (sofa bed), separate bedroom with double bed, shower / toilet. Our large garden (with barbecue area, loungers and beach chairs) is at your disposal for nice hours outdoors and in the sun. Fairytale by the sea. We wish you a nice holiday...

For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

There are no parking spaces belonging to the house in Fritz-Reuter-Straße. Ask us about parking.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of parking spaces in Warnemünde. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. ________ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schön und zeitlos eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist wie ein erweitertes Wohnzimmer. Da das Appartement sehr zentral liegt, ist alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar: der Stadtstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, der Alte Strom. Einfach schön für einen Urlaub zu Zweit!

Alles in Allem, sehr gute und super Unterkunft. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man allerdings länger da ist, sollte man sich auf hohe Parkgebühren einstellen. Bei uns hat wirklich alles tadellos geklappt.👍Sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Ostseeurlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Den Balkon haben wir sehr gern für Frühstück aber auch für ein Glas Wein am Abend genutzt. Einen Parkplatz zu mieten ist absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr zu empfehlen!
