During the beach chair season, a beach chair is available free of charge from April 15th to September 15th on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the living / sleeping area there is a comfortable pull-out couch (1.40 wide). The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the spacious, furnished terrace with its own beach chair, garden loungers and seating that invites you to linger and relax. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with cable connection and Blu-Ray player in the living room invites you to exciting DVD evenings. 1 further LED TV is in the bedroom. W-Lan access and a stereo system with iPod connection are also part of the entertainment.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt und des Strandes. Leider gab es keinen, wie im Inserat angegebenen Strandkorb am Strand, diesen mussten wir zusätzlich mieten (Tagespreis zwischen 14 und 17 Euro). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit kleinen Mängeln, so war der Verschluss des Spülbeckens in der Küche nicht mehr funktionstüchtig, im Waschbecken des Badezimmers gab es keinen passenden Verschluss. Die Wohnung war soweit okay gereinigt, die Matratzen neuwertig. Wir haben Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und der Terassentür vermisst. Der Staubsauger machte wohl laute Geräusche, funktionierte leider auch nicht mehr. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Petit Palais sehr genossen.

Eine tolle kleine modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Bis in die City sind es ca. 18 min Gehweg. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Immer wieder!

Einfach nur eine tole Wohnung, die mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. In der Küche wurde an alles gedacht (saogar an Brotdosen!). Auch wenn die Wohnung etwas außerhalb liegt, würden wir immer wieder kommen! Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und so war der Weg stets ein Katzensprung (Stellplatz dafür z.B. beim Auto in der Tiefgarage).

Als wir reinkamen hat es gestunken. Wir musten uns erstmal Duftstecker besorgen. Alles war total verdreckt. Vom Geschirr angefangen bis Fußboden, Kühlschrank war kaputt. Ich frage mich warum man da Endreinigung bezahlt. Sah aus wie Sau. Da will man nur wieder weg. Wer einen schönen Urlaub verbringen möchte dann bucht NICHT das Petit Palais.

Geschmackvolle und gemütliche Unterkunft

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im *Petit Palais*. Schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse nebst gemütlichem Strandkorb. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die absolut problemfreie und nette Abwicklung durch die Vermittlungsagentur *Baltic Appartements* ... besser geht´s nicht! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.
