ROAD ACCESS
Familiarity with mountain driving is necessary for this cabin and driving around the Smoky Mountains.
** The last 100 yards is narrower, you need to be comfortable with mountain driving. **
While most vehicles navigate our mountain roads easily, we recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle, especially during winter months (typically Dec 15 - Feb 15) or if snow/ice is forecast, as mountain roads can be challenging in inclement weather.

Please note that a short rental agreement will be sent after booking is confirmed. This agreement outlines the standard terms of your stay (house rules, responsibilities, and damage policy) and must be completed prior to check-in.
Pet Policy:
Only dogs 1 year or older and under 60lb allowed. Up to 2 dogs per reservation, and dogs must be crate-trained and potty-trained, and crated when you`re sleeping or out exploring or any time you cannot supervise. Please pick up after your pets. We will charge excess cleaning fees if pet waste is left inside or outside of the cabin.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Place everything back in its place including the remotes
2. Dirty towels in the bathtub (no need to wash)
3. Put all used dishes in the dishwasher (and start).
4. DO NOT place in cabinet - sticky dishes or dishes with food stuck to them
5. Keep all unwanted perishables in the fridge
6. Throw all trash in the bear-proof trash containers outside.
7. GRILL CLEANING
- turn all burners to high for 15 minutes. After it cools, brush off ash and debris
8. Pets - Please use the lint roller available in the broom rack to clean pet hair from furniture
