Site # 1061 is ready for you to enjoy the beach with your family and friends. Grab a taste of the excitement as you enter the campground with all of the fun amenities that comes along with your stay. Ride with the window down if you please to grab a smell of the fresh sea air as you drive up to the house. Once you park underneath, start heading up the stairs, then turn towards the right to see the view of the ocean!! Take a minute, breathe in, automatically feel relaxed, and realize your adventure awaits. As you walk in, the hardwood floors will impress you, and will make you feel like you don't have to wear shoes all week long!! The living room, dining room, and the kitchen are all laid out perfectly so you can all relax and eat together at your choosing! On the same main level you will find the first bath and bedroom. Drum-roll...It contains the king bed and a full bathroom. This bed is a definite one to win if you have to play paper-rock-scissors for it. It's just the right size with a dresser and a closet to hold all of your wonderful belongings for the week. As you go through the large kitchen and up the stairs, we host you with 3 Queen bedrooms that each have their unique touches. Then the other room is big with a set of twin beds for the kids to have a ball in or when it's time to wind down for the night. The two bathrooms upstairs accompany these rooms for you to refresh after a long and fun filled day with the people you love. As you head down the steps to go out each day, make sure you blow a kiss to 'Shelby,' the fish. Since this home is a block from the beach you can set everything up, and head back and forth to the house quickly if you forgot something. Oh, what fun you will have!!! Excellent stay!

There were 8 adults mixed with couples and singles. The house was beautiful and the location was great! We were close enough to the beach to walk but enjoyed renting a golf cart to take our chairs and things so not to carry them and to cruise the campground. Beth was wonderful to assist us in everything we needed from check in to check out. Definitely will keep this place on the list of places to stay.

Guy's Trip

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was ideal for nearby daily travel to all of the local golf courses. The balcony view of the water, which was about a 30 sec walk, was amazing and relaxing. The overall house, as well as the nearby resident's, was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Air Force Bound

We made a last-minute mini vacation with our son before he left for the Air Force. The home is in a great location proximity to the beach. We have stayed in Ocean Lakes for many years. Our host was very tentative to any questions we had about their home. It was a great time making memories with our family. We will definitely keep this Home in mind on our next visit to Ocean Lakes..

Last minute summer vaca

I was so lucky to find this rental just a few short weeks before our vacation week. Beth was so easy to communicate with and checking in was a breeze. The house is in a great location so we could walk to the beach in two minutes. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook your own meals when not eating out. I highly recommend this house and would rent again in the future.

Awesome Family Beach Vacation

Our family wanted to check out Ocean Lakes as we have a wide range of infants, toddlers, children, young adults as well as us older folks. There was something for everyone and we had a wonderful time. Beth is amazing and kept us in the know of all things important. Always available with a text. A short walk to the beach which was a must. We walked everywhere. I would suggest a golf cart once the humidity sets in though. The home had all we needed. Thank you so much for great memories.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The only problem was the TVs. Turning them on and off was difficult. Sometimes they would just do their own thing. This did not stop us for having a good.

Hi, we are the Jones's that would love to get to know you for current, future, and continuous rentals at Site # 1061, The Jonesville Estates! For sure, we have sure been on a journey over the last year to acquire this home.
Since we were babies both of our parents brought us to Ocean Lakes Family Campground. I guess you can say we've been hooked ever since. Taking the big leap of faith we decided to renovate David's grandparents home and at the same time try to sell our house so we could follow our dream of owning a home within Ocean Lakes. With huge support of our parents telling us to try out what the American dream is, we went for it. We decided to invest into rental property with Ocean Lakes.
David & I (Beth) live about 45 minutes outside of Charlotte, NC near a little town called Shelby. It's very quaint here and we like living on the outskirts of town where our children can ride UTV's and play on a couple of acers that we have.
Our children keep us busy with their extra sports of volleyball, soccer, dance, softball, and Girl Scouts. I on the other had am an advent runner, trail runner, bike, and a CrossFit member. David is a true entrepreneur with all of this while working hard each day at his job. He's great at water sports, softball, keeping in touch with friends, while being a great husband/father to us and his parents.
As we get older Ocean Lakes just keeps drawing us back time and time again. The smiles, laughter, and calmness the beach brings us is apparent in our lives. This is why we want to share our home with you to cherish the same types of family and friends bonding memories we had. We look forward in hosting you soon.

Why they chose this property

Our property is a landmark position where you can walk back and forth to the beach easily. It's great for holding 12 people where everyone still feels free and comfortable to move around and not cramped. Each room is spacious so you can use the dressers or just live out of your suitcase all week!! However you feel. We want you to feel comfortable like it's your home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Talk about things to do outside the campground, there's SO much. This is if you even want to leave the campground!!
Golf, dinner & a show, spas, walks on the Boardwalk, shopping, museums, water parks, put-put, wedding chapels, bars, and many more.......
