Surfside beach welcomes you to this beautiful home for your family or group's getaway in the well sought-after family's beach and neighborhood. Only steps to the beach, with a community pool directly behind the property, our home is fully equipped and ready to host you! With 2100 sq feet, 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, your choice of lounging includes front deck, side deck or master bedroom deck, or patio area with a gas grill and sitting to enjoy the sound of the ocean, the cool breeze and a serene, beautiful atmosphere. Enjoy well stocked kitchen and dining, high speed WIFI, 60-game Pacman Arcade and other games! Minutes to the beach, golf, shopping restaurants and entertainment!

The space
4BR/4BA
Main floor features an open floor plan with family room with high ceilings, dining area and kitchen. Dining area is set for 8 with additional bar stool sitting over the kitchen counter, well stocked kitchen, new appliances, keurig and coffee maker. Kitchen leads unto the fully screened covered side deck with cozy seating where you can enjoy drinks, meals, relaxation and lounging, overlooking the pool and making bonding memories. There is also a front deck with sitting to enjoy that cool ocean breeze.

The family room is equipped with a 65 inch 4K smart TV for your entertainment. Watch cable TV or stream your own Netflix or other network. 60-game arcade and board games are provided for the whole group to enjoy.
Desk and chair are provided.

A bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite full bathroom with tube and shower, leading directly onto the deck, completes the main level.

The 2nd level has 3 bedrooms:
-A master suite with ensuite bathroom and one king bed leads directly unto another fully screened, covered deck for couples to connect and share those precious moments.
- Second bedroom with 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom and 4th bedroom with 2 double beds and ensuite bathroom.

The patio in the carport is equipped with a gas grill, swing and patio furniture for outdoor dining, steps to the pool.

Place was close to the beach with easy access. Good under house parking. We used the grill and it worked great. Plenty of room for everybody and each room had a bathroom. Host was good about fixing the only issue we had (internet when down) within a short time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quiet, clean and a short (few minute) walk to the beach… and close walking distance to restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

Close to beach and pool. Great restaurants nearby. Kids played putt putt and went to Merrill’s inlet nature park. No TV due to outage but we bonded more as a family. Books and games available. Clean overall with plenty of supplies. We enjoyed our visit.

There were seven of us so each of the four bedrooms were used. Three bedrooms upstairs had a bathroom en suite. The down stairs bedroom had its bathroom right outside its door. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was very comfortable and all seven gathered many times in the living room. It is about a half block to the beach and then the beach was quite nice. There were many restaurants within a mile walk.

Our Surfside beach home is in a beautiful, well sought after, mature, family friendly community. It is great for families and groups, only steps to the family's Surfside beach.
It is very relaxing and within walking distance to stores and restaurants and as a major bonus, it is less than 10 miles away from Myrtle beach too, so you get the best of both worlds!
