A pleasant vacation cottage with a covered terrace on a park-like property. Rustic, practical furnishings in country style. Crib on request. There are two other cottages IUT223 and IUT224 on the spacious property. The pool area with sun terrace, a tennis court, barbecue and a children's playground are for common use. Fresh vegetables can be harvested from the on-site vegetable garden. And if you don't like to cook, no problem: the owner runs a small ristorante in the main building of the agriturismo. Conveniently located on the outskirts of the village; from here you can reach the nearby Umbrian and Tuscan cities of Perugia, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and many more in no more than an hour's drive. Castiglione del Lago and lake shore with bathing beach 7 km. Shopping in the hamlet of Pineta 300 m.

Il posto è bello ma ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento

L'alloggio era pienamente rispondente alla descrizione, decisamente grazioso, inserito in un contesto piacevole. Le dotazioni della cucina sono molto basic, ad esempio mancava il tagliere ed i coltelli da tavola erano rotti. Mancava la scopa, un canovaccio e la tovaglia. Per noi la nota decisamente negativa è però data dalla confusione serale, legata all'attività del ristorante, una sera è stato impossibile dormire fino alle 2 a causa di una festa, musica a palla e schiamazzi senza alcun rispetto dei residenti. In altre due occasioni il karaoke è andato ben oltre la mezzanotte, meno fastidioso ma quantomeno non previsto...Nessuna regola di comportamento in piscina, tutto affidato al buon senso dei clienti, in sostanza un terno al lotto. Nel nostro alloggio ed in quello a fianco la rete wi-fi per la quale ci era stata data la password non arrivava e non ci hanno fornito una password funzionante per l'altra rete della struttura che risultava visibile, in sostanza il wi-fi non era disponibile nell'alloggio ma solo nelle aree comuni nelle vicinanze del bar/ristorante.
