Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge zu den Barockstädten und dem Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen, großes Anwesen mit schöner Außenanlage. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Die angegebene Renovierung 2022 wurde bislang leider nicht abgeschlossen. Die beiden Außenräume mit Sauna und Pizzaofen sind schön aber nicht fertig saniert. Es finden sich im Haus lose Kabel, Glühbirnen ohne Lampen, die Inneneinrichtung ist abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schade, da das Anwesen Potential hätte! Wir hatten trotzdem schöne Tage, da das Wetter optimal war und wir jeden Tag Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung unternommen haben.

Lovely house with a gorgeous pool in very private and peaceful surroundings.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable house with a large gorgeous pool just 15 minutes from Old Modica. The setting is completely private and the pretty garden and large terrace are a perfect place to completely unwind. The nearest town has everything you need for provisions and Old Modica has some lovely restaurants and shops. Noto is also very beautiful and definitely worth visiting. There is also an excellent restaurant in a beautiful courtyard minutes walk from the house. The owners were extremely kind and met us to show us around the house very late at night after our arrival was delayed.
