The small sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few metres away and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach down to Schönhagen is not far either.

Die Lage der Wohnung war traumhaft. Blick aufs Wasser von allen Seiten.
Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen:
Abgebrochener Putz an einer Wand im Eingangsbereich,
kaputte Stehlampe, defekter Wasserkocher, dreckige Fensterbank, ein kaputter Sonnenschirm lag noch rum und nimmt Platz weg, lieblose Blumenkübel mit vertrockneten Pflanzen....
Hier könnte mal renoviert werden.
Außerdem fehlte ein Stellplatz die E-Bikes!
