Right next to the pond of Magny, gîte on the ground floor of large character house made of stone. Warm welcome offered by owners (Olivier & Sabine) who are living on the upper floor. An ideal place to rest, go for a hike, have a swim and spend unforgettable relaxing moments with family or friends. On the ground-floor : entrance hall. Living room with kitchen area opening onto the wooden covered terrace (of 70 sq.m.), dining area opening onto the 2nd covered terrace (of 20 sq.m., courtyard side) and lounge area. 3 double rooms (1 bedroom with 140 cm bed) (2 connecting rooms made of 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed). Bathroom (bath & shower), laundry room (washing machine/tumble dryer), 2 toilets. Bed linen, towels ans household linen supplied free. Cot on request. Outdoors : 2 large covered terraces (made of wood), garden furniture, electric barbecue, garden enclosed by electric gate (shared courtyard with parking area, private garden), private heated swimming-pool (available from Mid-May to Mid-October), deck chairs. Railway station of Amplepuis 11 km away.
