Gîte in a superb character stone house in a small hamlet in the Monts du Beaujolais, not far from the Col des Echarmeaux, in the Saône et Loire and Burgundy departments. A great place for a weekend or stay in the countryside! Completely independent. In the hamlet, the owners have converted a second gîte (total capacity of the two gîtes: 14 people). Ground floor: living room, kitchen. Shower room, toilet. 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 x 2m, 1 bed 1.20m, 1 baby bed). Upstairs: lounge. Balcony and terrace, garden and relaxation furniture. 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 x 2m). Shower room, toilet. Upper floor: 1 attic bedroom (4 single beds). Electric/wood heating. Grassy grounds, sun loungers, children's games, table tennis, trampoline, shared above-ground pool with secure wooden deck (diameter 6.40m, open from June). Access to the owners' spa upon request. Private parking. Possibility of providing a closed room for bicycle storage.
