The place was beautiful with very thoughtful amenities. Perfect size and beautiful views! The bed was SO comfortable and the bath/shower were amazing. Will definitely become a repeat destination!
This was a great spot to have a nice few day get away from the hustle and bustle. Brought my wife out for a surprise anniversary stay. Absolutely love it. Thank you.
The property was perfect to spend a bit of time away from it all. Private setting with great views and super unique. Clean and well put together. Great communication. Couldn’t be better!
We had a great time. Loved the decks, views, privacy, and being minutes from the busy parts of the area.

The cabin was really cute but it was very dirty. There was drywall dust on everything and dirty cleaning utensils out. Drywall tape in the bathroom and all the floors were dirty
My stay was absolutely amazing the only thing I would fix is the tree out back of the location that's blocking some of the beautiful views of the Lake

Good - some improvements needed
Overall had a good experience. Allowed early check in time, clean, matched pictures online. The stairs going to second level needed work and didn’t seem safe. There was a squirrel living in the ceiling of the main floor. We witnessed him coming and going from the second floor balcony. The noise became too much to ignore at times. Note was sent via VRBO and a text message to the # provided - no response until next day and only to say they weren’t notified by VRBO with no other explanation or follow up.
The house was as advertised! We liked the layout of the property and the views were as expected. We were even visited by the neighborhood deer in the mornings :) There were a few issues with cleanliness upon arrival. I needed to use the broom and remove a large cobweb filled with small bugs from above the mirror and sink in the bathroom area along with dirt and bugs along the window ledges. Neither of these issues are out of the ordinary for a house that isn't occupied full-time, however a quick once over before a check-in would be appreciated.
Overall, the stay was nice. Beautiful views and nice to have two decks to enjoy it from. Perfectly adequate accommodations for 2 for a short weekend, but no longer than that. Maybe not the best place for anyone with limited mobility or chronic pain. The spiral staircase could be difficult to navigate and you should consider any trips to the bathroom at night. Soaker tub and shower were great with enough hot water for two, but the tub does take a while to fill and a rack or tray for the bathtub would be a handy addition because the tub is deep! The hot tub was very pleasant! The furniture is rather inexpensive and uncomfortable; the dresser nearly toppled over since the legs weren't installed properly. The bed was the biggest downside. It sort of dips toward the middle so for these two middle age folks, it was a miss. Hubby slept on couch cushions downstairs on the floor both nights. The couch is suitable for college kids perhaps but not for grown adults. Having separate cottages is nice, we didn't hear a sound other than some boats on the lake in the morning. Lovely location but in general, just a casual stay but not ideal for much longer. For being the first cottage built, it could use some attention to complete some unfinished areas, minor repairs and deep cleaning. But there thoughtful little touches like snacks and if you enjoy a nice glass of wine (which we don't), then that'll be waiting for you when you arrive.
Great weekend getaway for 2! The house was very cool with everything you need. Great views and loved the 2 outdoor decks. No blinds in the upstairs loft to detract from the views but if you’re an early riser it’s great! If not bring some eye covers!! Would definitely go back!
I gave this property 3 stars due to the fact of the cleanliness. Part looked like it was not completed during construction and other was just lack of proper cleaning.
We loved the house was quiet, clean and the views were beautiful. We watched fireworks from the balcony. The privacy was welcoming and we loved slowing down and just relaxing.
We loved our time in this beautiful and unique cabin. The stairs had been switched to spiral for fire code, but this didn't bother us. The combo of induction hot plate, grill, and microwave provided a solid kitchen for us as well as entertainment in our own Iron Chef challenge. We loved the secluded nature of the site and would have enjoyed a little more visibility of hiking/biking on the site/neighborhood. If this were our personal cabin, we would have added a place for muddy shoes inside and a chair for reading on the second level. This cabin was the highlight of our trip and we look forward to return visits over the years.
