Immaculate 1 Bedroom Cottage Home With Private Covered Dock Near Main Channel!

Pristine 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Home on the water with Private Covered Dock in a deep water cove near Main Channel!
Wake up on the water! Our home was fully remodeled in 2018. Has Central Air/Heat, High Speed Wifi, New Appliances, BBQ, and 3 decks to Enjoy the water! Some features include: Full Kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware, King bed, 2 Full Size Futons (Sleeps 6), Coffee Station, and Floaties. We are perfectly located right around the corner from Captain Ron’s and Bear Bottoms Resort but private enough to enjoy swimming!

The cottage is located on the 36.3 off of the main channel. So bare bottom resort would be the closest then Bulldogs then Captain Ron’s then Miller’s Landing and paradise and the fish company. Bywater all of these are very close. Buy land bare bottoms and Captain Ron’s would be the closest and there are multiple restaurants like the branding iron right up the road.

Pirates Point pontoon/jet ski rental by boat 1.5 miles away or roughly 10 min by land. The neat thing about the pontoon boat rental or JetSki’s is that our private dock will accommodate any pontoon that they rent most likely and you could just tie the JetSki’s.

Woods large supermarket roughly 10 min away, multiple gas stations, bars/restaurants, hardware stores as well. Osage Beach shopping is roughly 25 min

Please do not wear shoes in the house as the carpet is brand new.

Great cottage!

My brother, father, and I stayed here for a weekend fishing getaway. The house was clean and nice, the owner was very helpful and polite, and the fishing was excellent off the covered dock. I would definitely recommend a visit to this house!

Immaculate is a stretch, there are maintenance issues that need attention, but everything functioned properly and the decor is cute and fun. Good fishing! The driveway is VERY steep. Tucked away where it is very quiet with plenty of wildlife including a family of deer that stay close.

My best friend and I took our 2nd annual mom’s trip to the lake and this was our favorite spot. The rental was ready for an early check in, was super clean, and had a lily pad for us to use in the water (the best invention ever). Loved this house!

Gem Getaway

The thoughtfulness and level of care was very apparent with our host. They supplied a lot of things (water toys for the kids, condiments for food, even fishing pools to use off the dock) that many others wouldn’t. They were also quick to respond to questions and super accommodating, I couldn’t possibly recommend this place enough.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend with our kids (5 & 1). The cottage was clean and exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our boat & with a close location to a ramp made it super easy to load & unload. It would have been nice to know that there was no trash service prior to arriving but thankfully we were able to make arrangements elsewhere to dispose of it instead of hauling it home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute place to stay in a perfect location!

We loved our stay at the cottage. It is exactly as described. My husband and I took our kids 21, 20 and 16 and my mother in law. The kids enjoyed the dock and the host provided floats and even fishing poles. The only down side is the road in is somewhat steep and we parked on the road because the driveway is really steep. The cabin itself is very warm and cozy. It is very clean. My kids loved it and I would definitely book again if we return to the Ozarks!

Calm and cozy

Our stay was wonderful! The cottage is exactly what the pictures show. It’s cozy and comfortable. My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 days. It’s a great location, the neighbors are friendly, and the host was very easy to reach when I had questions. The road leading to the home is gravel and the driveway is steep. This wasn’t an issue for us (I parked at the top because I was more comfortable) but it is good to know ahead of time. The area is clean and beautiful. The dock is a great place to relax and the water was fantastic!

The property was clean and nice. The gas grill was a little beat up, I couldn't use it. We wouldn't drive down the steep driveway so we parked above. It was a little challenging walking up and down incline, we are in our mid-sixties. The inside was immaculate. We were not there very much as we had a family reunion in a large house in the next cove.

Thank you for bringing the grill to my attention I will check it out to see what’s going on , we bought it brand new less than a year ago. As for the driveway it is perfect to park on but some guests prefer to park at the top! My grandma stayed there for 3 weeks and are in their 80s had a great time.

Perfection!

I took my two teenage kids for a 3 night visit, and this property completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish the host answered all of my questions promptly, and was such a pleasure to work with. The home is very clean and tidy, and we felt very comfortable there. Beautiful, quiet location , with many amenities. The dock was so much fun and several types of floaties are there to use. We would absolutely stay here again. It’s a beautiful little home with all the comforts that you need. The driveway was a bit steep for me to park on, but it was no problem at all parking on top of the drive. Thank you to the host for providing a wonderful home for my kids and I to spend our vacation!

Lake cabin

The cabin was perfect! We stayed there for a fishing tournament and the home was clean, neat, many amenities provided and the private boat dock was fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again next time we fish a tournament at the lake.

We are so happy we found this cottage to rent. It’s a convenient location, nice surroundings and neighborhood, beautiful cove and the accommodations were clean, well stocked with the things listed, comfortable and sooooo cute! Did I mention clean? There were nice little extras that we so thoughtful and appreciated. The dock and use of floats are awesome. We would recommend this cottage and would love to make a return stay there.
