"Waldhaus Sunde" - a home for nature lovers -
is on the small forest settlement Sunde in oldendorf-himmelpforten between Stade and Bremervörde in a quiet location, surrounded by woods, meadows and marshes between the rivers Elbe, Weser and Oste.

There is a grocery store where you can get everything for your daily needs and fresh bread every morning. A bakery and a well-stocked drugstore, doctors, dentists, pharmacy and gas station and car wash are in place.

The beds are made, towels are ready and we do the final cleaning. Bicycles are available for free. Free Wi-Fi
Charcoal and 1 bag of firewood is also provided by us.

We were very pleased with our stay

Upon arrival Mr Fennell was awaiting us and showed us around in the house. He also gave a lot of interesting information and tips for the things we wanted to do. The house was very comfortable and we also enjoyed very much the pleasant garden and the surroundings.

Good quiet location with birds singing. Good moment to take the bike and make a tour along the river Oste or visit the small local villages and towns. Very pleasant and relaxing.

Die Lage ist absolut zum „Endschleunigen“ geeignet.Gastgeber sind super-nett und immer erreichbar (haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen).Bis auf eine Spülmaschine war alles vorhanden. Das der Kaminofen benutzt wurde/wird spürt man sofort, wenn man das Haus betritt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Es ist in der Waldsiedlung absolut ruhig, morgens kräht der Hahn und die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft schlagen manchmal an. Der Naturerlebnispfad, der neben der Siedlung beginnt, ist nicht nur für Kinder erlebnisreich und lehrreich!

Es ist in der Waldsiedlung sehr erholsam und ruhig. Bei schönem Wetter, kann man auf die Terrasse sitzen, Radfahren oder wandern. Beim schlechtem Wetter kann man bequem drin bleiben und Feuer im Kaminofen machen. Das Ferienhaus bietet viele Schränke um seine Sachen aufzubewahren.

Ideal für kurze Auszeit

Wir haben uns während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts in dem urigen und ruhig in einer Waldsiedlung gelegenen Holzhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Bad und Küche sind sehr klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wohn und Schlafzimmer sind hingegen groß. Vor allem die durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennte Schlafsofanische hat unserem kleinen Sohn sehr gut gefallen. Die hohen Holzdecken und der Kaminofen schaffen eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön.Ein Hinweis jedoch zur Länge des Doppelbettes im Schlafzimmer: Für Schläfer mit einer Körpergröße ab 180cm wird es knapp.

Silvester Refuqium

Wir haben uns ein paar Tage Auszeit im entspannten Waldhäuschen gegönnt, um dem berliner Trubel an Silvester zu entfliehen und haben genau das gefunden. Der Kamin läd zum Träumen ein und die Umgebung ist herrlich zum Wandern mit Naturlehrpfad. Danke auch für den freundlichen Empfang und wertschätzende Zwischenmenschlichkeit.
