The star of the home is the private heated pool, surrounded by lush artificial turf, organic-shaped patio stones, and a pair of signature teal pool lounge chairs — perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun. The elevated back patio features a cornhole court, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a secondary seating area, all framed by stunning desert mountain views.

INDOOR LIVING
Inside, the open-concept living and dining area features a large leather sectional sofa, a wall-mounted HDTV, and a dining nook with booth seating for 6. The fully equipped KitchenAid kitchen includes a stainless-steel stove, single oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need. Start your mornings right at the dedicated coffee station stocked with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Our family first discovered Estrella Mountain Ranch in 2020, and we instantly fell in love with the community. As an active family, we were drawn to the incredible lifestyle it offers—miles of scenic trails, beautiful surroundings, and endless opportunities to get outside, all right within the neighborhood.

We especially enjoy spending time hiking and biking along the paths that wind through the desert landscape. Even though we call Colorado Springs home, we visit as often as we can—when we’re not busy keeping up with our teenage daughters’ sports schedules!

When we’re not there, we love sharing our home with other families so they can relax, explore, and enjoy everything this special community has to offer—just like we do.
