Location was great, property was easy to access and had good parking options and was quiet. Property manager was extremely responsive. The unit is very spacious and the balcony is nice and private. As stated, there is no AC. It was 75-80 in the bedroom most nights with the fans. Larger fans or a window unit would be helpful. The space is generally clean but really dated. Laundry soap and coffee were a nice touch. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location & peaceful setting

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious, comfortable condo. The complex is quiet, and everything is walkable (amazing beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, etc.), so we appreciated not having to drive everywhere. We saw several sea turtles just a few steps from the condo.

Loved our stay. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. Very clean, strong internet. Only downside was from roadway behind unit (lots of pickup trucks driving through). Overall, great stay.

Great place at a nice price

This was out 2nd time staying at Waikomo Stream. Both times were exceptional. 320 was a nice sunny villa on the 2nd floor of building 5. Easy access to the Poipu beaches, a nice outdoor shopping center with amazing food, Sprouting Horn and wonderful botanical gardens. The villa was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Property was exactly as described. Located close to multiple beaches. There are two portable fans in the unit that we put in the bedroom because it was warm. Kitchen is well stocked however, it would be nice to have more plates and bowls as we ran out of each after three days and we were there for an extended day.

Beautiful setting

The grounds were beautiful; felt very secluded but was close to shops and beaches. The condo had everything we might need, very nice pool. However, there was a persistent mechanical noise from a pump outside the bedroom window; it was somewhat mitigated by white noise from the fan, but we had to keep one window shut rather than enjoy natural night sounds.

The condo was as advertised. The bedroom needs a ceiling fan desperately. The portable fans did not work well, and made sleeping difficult. I would not stay here again until a ceiling fan is installed in the bedroom.

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The management was so helpful and they even had repair people available on the weekend to get the tv going. Caution if noise bothers you, the bedroom was just outside a loud pump that ran continuously. The shades cut the noise some and made the room very dark (good) but then it was very hot in the room even with the fan.

Great second week for us in Kauai

We stayed here on our 2nd of 2 weeks on Kauai. Loved the lush property with all kinds of plants, flowers and wildlife. Please note that most properties in Kauai do not have air conditioning, which is not really spelled out well the listings, but this property had ample fans to keep us cool. Property could use a little updating, but was clean and comfortable. King size bed was very comfortable. The property has everything you will need to cook meals. Grill pits at the pool were nice and well maintained. The location of this property is excellent - very close to beaches and restaurants. Note there are no large grocery chains on this side of the island so hit Safeway or Costco before heading to Poipu. We found the Big Save grocery store in Koala to be satisfactory for most needs.

Convenient location and comfortable accommodations

We visited Kauai for our nephew’s wedding and found this accommodation close to the wedding site. It was walking distance to the beaches, to the wedding, to a great shopping center and oddly enough to the VRBO where the rest of our family stayed. Definitely did the trick and we enjoyed the lush garden setting.
