This 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples looking to stay in Paris. Ideally located on the ground floor of a typical Haussmann building, the property is close to multiple attractions (e.g. Opera, Pigalle, Basilica of Sacré-Cœur), numerous restaurants and shops.
Several metro locations 3 minutes away! Direct line to the Olympic Village, 15 mn walk from Montmartre.
Fully renovated, equipped and decorated flat used regularly as a second home when working in Paris (therefore some personal items).
The bedroom is equipped with a double sized bed that can be lifted during the day to use a large desk underneath.
Very quiet flat on the ground floor of the Haussmann building, with windows towards the small courtyard.
Minimum booking 30 days (=Paris Mobility Lease for Students or Professionals/Bail Mobilité). Contact me for more flexibility.
