Vacation home near Tropea in Calabria, located directly on the cliffs.

We have realized a dream in southern Italy and a house in a wonderful location to the sea individually and lovingly furnished.
It is on the one hand as the last house of Santa Domenica quiet and secluded, on the other hand, it is only three to five minutes walk to the center with all the shops, bars and restaurants.
One comes on foot over a brick staircase directly down to the sea (down about 8 minutes, up ...).

Otherwise you can in the immediate vicinity (2 km) by car directly to the beach down!

Both on the roof terrace with direct view to the Stromboli and in the large garden you can unwind - v. a. at the unforgettable sunsets.

The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, with the two larger ones facing the sea, so that you can enjoy this dream view from the bed.
In addition to the four bedrooms and the roof terrace, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large dining / living room, a cozy Verandazimmer and two bathrooms - one with bath, and one with shower!
Each room as well as the bathrooms is characterized by an individual touch and special design.
Since we have completely renovated the house only three years ago and a valued neighbor takes care of all the house matters, it is always in top condition.
