A charming stone house located in the heart of city centre, on a quiet street in the historic district of MONTIGNAC-LASCAUX.
It’s the perfect base for exploring the Dordogne, ready to welcome you for a pleasant and memorable stay!

ITS IDEAL LOCATION MEANS YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT!

You’ll be staying right next to bakeries, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, local farmers’ shops, a butcher shop, an ice cream parlour, cinema, hair salon, and more…
The market is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning; the farmers’ market, featuring food stalls and local entertainment, takes place every Monday evening in July and August. 

Just a 10-minute walk from the Lascaux Caves and the canoe-kayak centre, where you can paddle down our magnificent river, the Vézère, past castles and other wonders…
Montignac-Lascaux ranks among the jewels of the Périgord Noir, where a multitude of activities await you: electric bike rentals, mini-golf, tours of castles, fortresses, caves, troglodyte dwellings, a wildlife park, horseback riding, numerous marked hiking and biking trails, and much more…

We’re here to welcome you – For late arrivals, a secure outdoor key box will allow you to check in on your own.
It comfortably accommodates 4 people, perfect for a stay with family or friends.
Very functional, cosy, and tastefully decorated, it offers you every comfort.
The bedding, kitchen, and furniture are all brand new!
The modern, well-designed, and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (refrigerator/freezer, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), and opens onto a cosy living room with a TV and a half-bath on the ground floor.
The stairs lead to a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower (towel warmer and hair dryer) and a second toilet, as well as:
A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a reading/relaxation area,
A bedroom with two 90 cm beds.

Bedding and towels are provided, and all beds will be made before your arrival—all you have to do is enjoy your stay!
High chair and cot available upon request.
Free parking near the house.
Pets are welcome upon request.

Highly recommended

Fantastic central location close to all amenities. Excellent hosts provided instant response to queries. Property was well and thoughtfully equipped. Parking was just around the corner but not a problem even on bank holiday weekend. Highly recommended.

Encore merci à Alexandre de son accueil sa gentilesse et sa disponibilitée !Le village dans le perigord est tres calme et pas besoin du vehicule ( commerce , grotte de Lascaux , restaurant etc etc)Le gite est tres bien équipé ( il manque de rien !!!)Nous reviendrons sans hesité l annee prochaine Je recommande

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique région. La maison est idéalement placée, très propre, décorée avec goût et tres bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux d'Alexandre. Je recommande vivement bien équipée.

Un nid adorable...

Séjour parfait dans la très jolie location d'Alexandre et Thiphaine dont la sympathie et l'accueil ont été parfaits. La décoration est au top. La propreté est impeccable. Le logement est proche de tout (1mn de la boulangerie, 10 m à pieds des grottes de Lascaux, 30 mn en voiture de sarlat... etc... ).tout a contribué à nous faire passer un super séjour. Merci a Thiphaine et Alexandre de nous l'avoir permis.... nous recommandons vivement.
