This bright and spacious three-bedroom, two-bath cottage is conveniently located on the first floor with no stairs and directly across from the pool area.

Downtown Naples is just minutes away, with Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, exceptional restaurants, shopping and Naples' beautiful white-sand beaches easily accessible by car, bike or the resort's complimentary shuttle.

Inside, the cottage is sunny and inviting with fresh coastal décor and an open, comfortable layout. The living area features a large flat-screen TV and opens directly to a screened and covered lanai — a wonderful spot for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and private bath with a jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and flat-screen TV and share a nearby full bath.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water, and everything needed for preparing meals at home.

For added convenience, the cottage includes a full-size washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and beach towels, and starter supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Pool towels are available at the Club, and a portable crib is available for families traveling with a little one.

Naples Bay Resort Club & Marina

Guests have access to Naples Bay Resort Club & Marina amenities, including family and adult-only pool areas, tennis, fitness center, spa, saunas and children's playground.

The Marina offers bike, kayak, paddleboard and powerboat rentals, and complimentary shuttle service is available to downtown Naples and the beaches. Golf tee-time assistance is also available through the resort.

Please note that Naples Bay Resort administration and Club fees are not included in the rental rate and are paid directly to Naples Bay Resort at check-in.

November 1–May 31: $250 administration fee + $60/day + 6% tax
June 1–October 31: $150 administration fee + $50/day + 6% tax

Discounted Club fees are available for stays of 30 nights or longer.
