Our family really enjoyed Tom’s Property - Entire house was clean, updated & comfortable. Location was perfect with a quick walk or Bike Ride to the beach. There are 2 New Bikes provided & lock, was able to use bike rack to lock up Bikes at Beach Entrance directly across from Ritz Carlton.Great views of water once inside property & was able to also utilize dock just to sit outside & relaxWe would definitely recommend this property to others considering staying in the Vanderbilt Beach Area

We enjoyed the quietness of the area and were able to sit outside and enjoy our dinners.Kitchen does not have all of the things needed to cook larger dinners; however, we figured it out. We were able to have our friends who live locally bring items over for us.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this property! The home is super clean and bright and open. My son loved the loft bedroom and walkout balcony! We saw dolphins in the bay during the day and were so close to Vanberbilt beach parking garage! Mr. T WAS INCREDIBLE! He was communicative on the way into the stay and when i did need him for a couple questions he responded faster than I could have expected! Would 1000% recommend this spot and will be looking to book again in the future! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

Beautiful House on the water!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The master bedroom is private and the balcony was great to watch the sunrises. Pool, grill and bikes were very nice to have. The water view with the Ritz Carlton in the background was spectacular! Great location to ride the bike to Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins Pass beach. Bike had a lock for easy securing at the beaches. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Prefect quiet getaway

This was the perfect weekend stay for our family. We wanted a quiet place to relax and get away from reality for a minute and this home definitely was that for us. Tom was so responsive with my questions and offering solutions.

Wonderful Vacation

This is such a great property. The pics really don’t do it justice. From the open floor plan, the beautiful design and decor (very comfortable furniture), to the amazing salt water pool and canal/bay views, this property has it all. It is also super-clean, organized and buttoned up in every way. Tom, the owner and manager, is a great host that is very responsive. Just an overall excellent stay and vacation! Will definitely be back!

We have stayed in this beautiful home several times, and there is no need to look anywhere else. The location is perfect. The home is so clean and nicely stocked with quality necessities, the furniture is really comfortable and the pool is always sparkling! What makes this home extra special is the water view from the pool and dock. The house does not back up to another street, so the view is wide open to the Vanderbilt bay. The home is also walking distance to the beach. We highly recommend!

Lovely House

We had a terrific time at this Naples home. House and pool were exceptionally clean, and has excellent views of the water. We also made good use of the bikes, which appeared new. Check-in was a breeze with timely communication. Overall wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and the house is very confortable for family’s. He are a family of six and the space was ideal. The view was beautiful and the pool really nice. Thanks for everything. You also have chats and more thing for the beach.

Wonderful Place for Families!

The house was perfect for our family’s first time in Naples! It was in a great location/neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Beds were super comfortable too. Our two kids (ages 6 and 2) loved swimming in the pool after a long day at the beach. The patio upstairs off the master bedroom was awesome for watching sunsets. Overall we would stay here again. The only things we would change is getting the check in information sooner and to have the counters and bath tubs wiped down a little more.

Perfect Spot

Our reviews always take one major thing into consideration, would we live here? The answer is a definite YES!!! My wife and I, plus an 18 year old and a 15 year stayed for four nights. Everything you need is there as far as living/cooking is concerned. The pool is bigger than you would think and the views of the water and surrounding area are fabulous! Great location as there are plenty of restaurants (all types) and shopping close by. The beaches are a quick walk as well. Very easy to check in and out. Great place!!!

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!

Everything you could ask for and more. We (our group) ranged in age from 57- 81. This property was extremely clean, the scenery was breathtaking, the location to parks and restaurants was just a short drive.....I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Naples. The only thing I would suggest would be to add a ladder to the poured steps in the swimming pool. It would make it much easier for Senior visitors to enter and exit the pool. We look forward to renting this property again!

Comfortable, dog friendly waterfront home - great location.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this home. The location is hard to beat. We walked or rode bikes almost daily to nearby Vanderbilt Beach. Also nearby are Clam Pass and Barefoot Beaches, where we saw lots of tortoises and shorebirds and shelling is quite good. We kept our small boat at the dock and enjoyed exploring the mangroves and canals. Great sunsets from the dock, and we saw manatees and dolphins several times. The lanai and pool was our go to place for morning coffee, reading and relaxing. Plenty of restaurants close by, and Naples is a short drive. You can not take dogs on Vanderbilt Beach, but the neighborhood is very friendly for dog walking, and there is a decent dog park a few minutes away, and a great dog park on the beach up at Estero - it's a beautiful spot with or without dogs! The house had everything we needed, and we had no problems. The owner, Tom, was very responsive when we had questions. Can't wait to return!

Saved our Trip!

When we arrived at our original VRBO on Tuesday night we found roaches in the silverware drawer, other kitchen drawers and cabinets and the bathroom cabinets. We couldn’t stay there. We booked a hotel for the night and we found this property available. Sent a Hail Mary message at 1:30 am eastern and the host responded. He said it was available and let us check in early as he felt bad about our situation. Arrived at 1:00 and were delighted to find an accurate listing. Home is recently remodeled and is beautiful. Screened pool area was perfect for our family. Did a little fishing off the private dock and the view across the bay at night was very nice. We drove to Wigggins Pass beach -5 minutes- and that was very chill. Took the breezes shuttle to Vanderbilt beach -5 minutes and that was very fun. Location is perfect 7 minutes to grocery store, 10 minutes to Mercato and other shopping.Furniture is really nice, beds are comfortable, and layout is really comfortable. Two zones for AC did a great job upstairs and down. Hosts communication was great. As I said he saved our trip and we plan to rebook for a couple of future trips as soon ad we firm up dates.
