The location and proximity to Raymond James Stadium is awesome, a short 10 minute walk. It has everything you need. I have no idea what some of the bougie people leaving reviews expect, but this place is exactly what is described. It was pretty good and clean and a nice small spot. I did not really understand that there would be two small apartments in the same building but maybe I missed it in the listing details.
