The location and proximity to Raymond James Stadium is awesome, a short 10 minute walk. It has everything you need. I have no idea what some of the bougie people leaving reviews expect, but this place is exactly what is described. Perfect Small Spot with Friends

It was pretty good and clean and a nice small spot. I did not really understand that there would be two small apartments in the same building but maybe I missed it in the listing details.
