We had the best time during our stay! Tatiana is absolutely amazing and made the entire process as smooth as possible. We were accommodated with both an early check in and late check out. The property is exactly as listed & central to everything you could need or want while in Tampa. Tatiana responded to all of my messages within minutes. Another big thank you to Tatiana, we will be staying here again!

Everything was as listed. The WiFi was down at first but the host did let us know ahead of time. When the ac quit working she got someone to come out the same day. Only complaint was there was no way to hang any towels in the bathroom.

The house is not only adorable, but clean as a whistle and so comfy. We had a great time here! Me and two coworkers were at a work conference during the day and this was the perfect landing spot for us after a long day.

Great home, easy to rent, great location. Comfortable bed and couch. Just wish it would have been able to adjust the AC below 70 degrees.

The home was very nice, clean and affordable! Having a washer and dryer would be a plus and being able to adjust the temperature in the home would also be a good addition. Other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Tampa!

Host was very responsive and the home was well represented in the photos. Also left bottled water in fridge so it was nice and cold upon arrival. Quiet neighborhood close to many things to do. Plenty of extra towels and pillows, tv had all the apps to watch any show imaginable.

The host showed great communication and was accommodating. The house itself is super cute I was pleasantly surprised and it was a very needed break from real life. The only recommendations that I would make are black out curtains in the living room and maybe even an outside sitting area for smokers or just to hang out maybe even a fire pit. Overall the stay was worth the price accommodates for people very well. Again very minimum recommendations with that addition I would pay more if it did have an outside sitting area. I will definitely be staying here again and I will be recommending this property. A beautiful little home and a quiet neighborhood.
If you're looking to entertain and cook a couple of meals maybe bring some pots and pans
The couch is very comfortable maybe a little too comfortable would not want to sleep on it for more than one night

Adorable Cottage in Tampa, with great Mattresses!

The host Tatiana did a wonderful job making us feel at home, and was quick to respond to any questions. My Mother is not able to travel anymore so will have to come up more often, and will be staying here on all visits. Other Pluses, Mattress we super comfortable, lately at others they have been horrible and uncomfortable. A pet peeve of my wife is she hates when they have tiny sample size soaps that can only be used once, not here she had bulk size so with four people never ran out. The house is surprisingly spacious on the inside and very cute.

The house presented well, it was clean and plenty of towels if you use rental property towels. One thing that it was lacking is storage, there was no dresser in either bathroom but there’s plenty of space to put one. Well had no place to put anything other than the one closet and a small armoire. If you like to unpack your things, that’s not happening. A couple of negative experiences was that the grass had grown to about 2 feet tall. I informed the host about the grass and she replied she would see the lawn person was going but she never got to me and the grass didn’t get cut. Also, mosquitoes had gotten into the house and bite us constantly every day . I had go buy mosquitos spray on the second day. Luckily, I travel with Skin So Soft as well, which helped. The trash can on the outside wasn’t taken to curb and began to smell, it seems they weren’t empty the previous week.
