First time returning to St. John with our kids and we had a great time. This property is just minutes from the market and all the restaurants in Cruz Bay. Great layout and unbeatable 180 degree views of the bay and sunset.

Great Views, Great Layout!

Family + friends + Grandparents, phenomenal layout of the house. My wife and I had pricacy when we wanted and the teens loved the pool. Freat location to the store and restaurants. If we had a question, Luke and his wife were super responsive.

Our family had the best stay at Gaia Pearl! We were a family of nine and we had the best time ever. We each had our own private space and the common areas were top notch. The kitchen was well supplied with all we needed and we had room for all of us to spread out and cook, eat or play games. We were all able to enjoy the pool and get in some much needed RnR while very close to town. The house manager Lauren was on top of it in giving us all the information we needed to make it such a great stay. She supplied us with who was best to help with groceries, taxis baby supplies and anything else we needed. Chico's taxi picked us up several times or we used our rental if it was easier to get to. (CAR RENTAL A MUST) roads are winding and steep for some areas. You definately will enjoy staying here and wont be disappointed. My only suggestion would be for them to have a couple of umbrella stands for the late afternoon sun. They would be a bonus. Thanks for a great stay.

This place is 5-star

This place is perfection! It’s so well appointed for a group our size. We had five couples and each had their own room with outdoor shower! It felt private but at the same time the common spaces were well set up for group hanging out. We had the private chef over one night and he was great. The kitchen is completely new and spotless. We also sprung for the cleaning crew, and they were nice and friendly. Everything about this house screams relaxation and beautiful views!!! The property owner was super available and accommodating and Luke, the property manager, was equally available and nice. He went to three stores to line up our order for provisions! I would highly recommend this house, especially for larger groups.

Great property

We have been to St John multiple times and usually rent a house when we come. This trip we had 14 in our party (8 adults and 6 kids). We found Gaia's pearl to be a great property for our group. We all were comfortable in the home and had plenty of sound insulation and privacy due to the layout of the house. The kids used the blow up mattresses and were plenty comfortable on those. Everyone in the group was very satisfied with this rental for the week. I would say the best thing about the home is the view. There is an amazing view of St Thomas and Little/Great St James with the most amazing sunsets at night. The property has a lot of windows/glass so that you can enjoy that view while in the main house as well as being poolside. I really don't have any negatives to say about the property and would certainly stay here again!

Excellent villa!

We had a wonderful stay at Gaia’s’s Pearl! Everything is exactly as portrayed online and even more so. High end luxury items like Bosch appliances, towels and even a vita mix in the kitchen (we had a chef one night who exclaimed over everything in the kitchen!). The view is to die for - amazing sunsets nightly! Close to Cruz Bay (5 min drive) for shopping and meals. Thanks so much for sharing your amazing home with our family!
