This is an amazing beach villa for a large group. We had 18 travelers ranging from 11 months old to age 72 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great views, we practically lived in the infinity pool. Sunrise coffee each morning on the jetty was a special treat. Villa is well supplied with beach toys, snorkels, kayaks, etc. our grandchildren named the beach supply area the “surf” room. Kitchen is well stocked. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend One Beach Road!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Stunning views! The house was very clean and came with everything to make it a home away from home. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking for with your group. The owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. Highly recommend this house to stay at versus a resort. Very very private property made it even better. Many things to do at the house with the pool, jacuzzi, the private ocean cove and sitting by the firepit. Our favorite was the pool and sitting out on the jetty at night enjoying the ocean breeze. Snorkeling was also amazing. Lots to see in the water and you are able to venture out to see much much more. We highly recommend One Beach Road for your stay in St. Thomas. It is 5 minutes away from local markets, restaurants and the ferry and it is very close to all the popular beaches to swim with the sea turtles. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Great time for a group of 11 adults celebrating a 50th bday! The house has every amenity you will need to enjoy the indoors, outdoors and water surrounding you. The host was responsive and wonderful.

I always had a "bucket list" to rent a house, with a pool, on the Caribbean Sea, so decided on St. Thomas and this home to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grand grandchildren.The house was beautiful, clean and fully equipped. The pool and beach area were amazing. The kids swam...and swam...and swam!! :)We did have one little glitch with check-in but only because the owner was traveling back home from abroad. Once we got that figured out, everything was great. Julie was very "hands on" from the beginning of the booking until we left! Her recommendations about the area, etc. were spot on. We would recommend this amazing home to those looking for a similar get away!

Julie was fantastic to work with and we could not have enjoyed our week more. The house was spectacular in person and it truly was an unbelievable family experience enjoying everything the property offered. What a DREAM vacation!

Exceeded expectations

This is one of the few places that I have stayed that exceeded expectations in every area. Staci is awesome to work with and the house and property were unbelievable. If I go back to St. Thomas I will definitely stay there again!
