Our south-west facing apartment on one level can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby with its 3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room and toilet, a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom.
The 2 double bedrooms are equipped with 160 x200 beds and the quadruple with 2 bunk beds.

Our travellers will appreciate the calm of the area, its ideal location a few minutes by car from the city centre and the beaches and its beautiful swimming pool.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, open to a beautiful living room, a laundry room, three bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and the garden, a bathroom and separate toilets.PGJyPgPGJyPg
A beautiful bright living room allowing access to the terrace and the garden, composed of:
* an open kitchen
* a lounge area with a comfortable sofa that will allow you to read a book or relax in the cool of summer.
Unless you prefer to relax in front of a good film or your favourite series on a large format television (164 cm).
* a dining area, allowing 8 people to have lunch or dinner comfortably seated. You can also use this space to work with a high-speed WIFI connection.

THE KITCHEN:
A friendly, modern and functional kitchen with a large American refrigerator (fresh water and ice cube dispenser), a 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven and microwave. Everything you need to cook is at your disposal.

Nespresso coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, blender, blender, chopper, kettle and toaster are at your disposal for your breakfasts ideally taken on the terrace, to wake up quietly.

A cot and a booster seat are available free of charge. Please note that sheets for the cot are not provided.

For these services, we do not provide renewal during your stay.

We carry out a deep cleaning of the apartment between each rental to ensure your comfort and serenity.

The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping (the garden is at your disposal as long as you pick up your cigarette butts.

No parties or overflows are allowed.
Animals are not allowed except assistance dogs.

Fully furnished terrace for lunch or dinner outside, having an aperitif and enjoying total idleness with family or friends.

The swimming pool, to relax and sunbathe on the beautiful sunny and open days from June to September.

On the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Saint-Maxime is a renowned French city. The city became known in the twentieth century by attracting poets, painters and writers seduced by the climate, the beauty of the surroundings and the azure blue of the water. It is now a popular destination in summer that offers many activities; you will be able to enjoy water sports, to walk in the old town or to reach Saint-Tropez and its night outings quickly by boat (Société des bateaux vers). The geographical location is ideal and allows a happy medium between the madness of the south and the authenticity of the Côte d'Azur. It is a small town full of charm that represents the South by offering warm weather, local gastronomy and pretty beaches (including the Nartelle beach, located 3km from the apartment).
