Villa all comfort (3 stars Gites de France since 2009) of 160 meters, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. At 1 kilometre from the sea and the fine sandy beaches. Renting from 2 to 10 persons. Secure private swimming pool of 4 m by 9 m with Roman steps (very good for older people), 5 parking spaces if you block the cars to the gate.

We personally take care of this house named "VILLA MARION PARADIS" after several winters and many years of transformation work we have created this beautiful house of charm, contemporary style, made to go from surprise to surprise from room to room with a very holiday spirit where reigns an art of living .....
Composed of 5 independent bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 5 toilets;
A private swimming pool of 4m by 9m, with its surroundings (beach) fitted out with beds, benches, small resting area, all on the same level, facing south and not overlooked!
VILLA MARION PARADIS' is ideally located (1 km from the 18-hole golf course, 1 km from the sandy beaches and 1.2 km from the shops and the town centre) in the PINS-PIGNONS district with a view of the hills. You will also find a grocery store-bar-restaurant a little further down our street .....
The tasteful decoration (contemporary) both inside and outside will offer you many possibilities of relaxation.
We believe we have earned our 3 stars awarded by the tourist office of Sainte-Maxime in 2015, investments are still made every year, to satisfy our customers, and welcome you as best we can.
Lovers of Sainte-Maxime, we invite you to discover our beautiful region with its market flavours, its restaurants, its traditions, its festivities, and above all its quality of life.
On the other hand, a boat shuttle crosses the gulf of Saint-Tropez very frequently to go to Saint-Tropez ! You avoid the traffic jams on the road, mainly in high season.

Superb property, ideal location

We loved Alains place, it is quirky and original and appealed to us for the space and pool. The location is spot on being near to saint Maxime and la nartelle beach. I would say that a car is essential, to access all the areas around.

Wonderful Vacation

A wonderful villa, just perfect for our two families. The house itself is stunning! Beautiful decor and furniture throughout. Nice kitchen with everything you need and more! We used the outside kitchen which was great. The large pool was amazing and we enjoyed it every day. I would definitely recommend this Villa and the owner, Alan was a great host.

We had a brilliant one week stay at this lovely villa, which was perfect for our group which had 5 teens. The place has a nice retro charm to it with pictures of Alain Delon and Brigitte Bardot around the pool, as well as some interesting original artwork and sculptures inside.The pool and outdoor living area was so much fun, with plenty of room for people to sunbathe on the sides and play in the water. In all honesty it is where we spent most of our time. There was also an outdoor BBQ area around the corner, and a second fridge - ideal for storing drinks. Inside, the single storey property was well maintained with clean, spacious bedrooms with comfortable and good sized beds. The living area was well furnished and clean, with useful access to a washing machine as well as a kitchen ideal for prepping and cooking food. We also found a great little pizza place just 6 minutes walk away- Pizza Remy - that has a few dine-in seats but we used them for takeaways and they were delicious and reasonably priced. But you need to book early on the phone (6pm).Finally, the host Alain was super friendly, very accommodating and helpful. He met us on arrival and then came to see us off at the end of the stay. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a good location for either getting to Ste Maxime town or the beaches on the Nartelle.

Ein wundervolles Haus innen wie im Außenbereich. Viele Bäder, so hat jeder seinen Bereich. Um den Pool gibt es so schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, man kann sich fast nicht entscheiden. Die Tische bieten ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Und zwei Kühlschränke sind top!Leider war das WLAN nicht überall verfügbar und langsam. Die Spülmaschine spült nicht zuverlässig sauber, deswegen nur vier Sterne bei Sauberkeit. Aber das schmälert die hohe Qualität des Hauses nicht! Es ist einfach wunderschön, wir wollten gar nicht heim

Pour le lave vaisselle il est nécessaire que les locataires nettoient le filtre une ou deux fois par semaine ( principalement si vous êtes nombreux 9 ou 10 personnes et que l’ensemble des repas , midi soir et petit déjeuner se passent à la Villa MP , sans oublié de réajuster le remplissage ; produit de rinçage ! Sel régénérant ! Et pastille de lavage 5en1 …… Nous avons été ravis de vous recevoir et espérons vous accueillir de nouveaux. Très cordialement Alain

Wir waren vom 16.08.2025 bis 23.08.2025 in St. Maxime. Alan hat uns toll empfangen und das wichtigste gezeigt. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Tolle Oase in Sainte Maxime

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in der Villa Marion Paradis. Uns gefällt die Lage im Wohngebiet, es ist ruhig und sehr sauber dort. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, die Küche ist groß, unser Highlight ist der Essbereich auf der Terrasse und natürlich der große saubere Pool mit vielen Liegen und Chill-Möglichkeiten.Die Einrichtung ist echt besonders, man fühlt sich wie in einer Kunstgalerie. Wobei die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber tiptop in Ordnung.Alain ist ein sehr netter und gut erreichbarer Vermieter, der sich gleich kümmert bei Fragen.Wir werden wieder kommen! :))

Nos vacances en famille

Comme chaque année, nous passons nos vacances en famille à Sainte Maxime. Pour la quatrième année consécutive, nous avons loué la Villa Marion Paradis, celle-ci porte bien son nom. Pas trop loin de la plage et à 25 minutes à pieds du centre ville, que demander de plus. Nous espérons y retourner l'année prochaine. Rien à dire, tout est parfaitement entretenu et le coin barbecue - bar est super agréable.

Fantastisk uteområde!

Vi hadde en fantastisk flott uke i huset til Alain! Uteområdet er utrolig bra, med forskjellige sittegrupper, liggestoler og et stort spisebord. Og med et lite utekjøkken med grill og kjøleskap. Bassenget var fint og rent, og det var en utedusj til å skylle seg i før man badet. Soverommene holdt grei temperatur med vifter, selv om det var ganske varmt ute. Det kunne nok vært litt bedre/mer kjøkkenutstyr, men det gikk greit!

Nous avons été déçus de l’emplacement de la maison qui n’est pas conforme à l’annonce. La villa est loin du centre ville il est impossible de s’y rendre à pied. De plus nous avons été gêné par le bruit incessant des voitures car la maison est collée à une route très passante qui mène à la plage. Il est quasiment impossible de se rendre à pied à la plage, la route est plus longue que celle annoncée sur l’annonce. La maison est confortable à l’intérieur hormis la literie un peu dure. Plutôt déçu de manière générale

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille dans la villa Marion Paradis !la maison est bien conçue pour que chacun y trouve son espace sans se gêner. La maison est bien décorée on s'y sent très bien ! l' extérieur est très agréable avec la piscine ainsi que plusieurs petits espaces aménagés très cosy idéal pour le repos! Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et a le souci de toujours faire mieux pour pouvoir améliorer le confort de sa villa! Je vous recommande cette villa! V Soubeyran.

La villa Marion Paradis est très accueillante et magnifiquement bien décorée que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. De plus elle est située près du golf, des plages et du centre ville. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une location de rêve.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in toller Villa

Wir haben in der Villa Marion Paradis einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Empfang durch Alain war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles und sogar noch mehr, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, von der Kapselmaschine über Toaster bis hin zur Salatschleuder und der elektronischen Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank für Getränke in der Poolküche ist Gold wert. Auch der Rest der Villa ist durch den Eigentümer mit viel Liebe zum Detail wunderschön eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher (fürs Badezimmer) und Kissen und Decken für jeden Gast. Die Ventilatoren in jedem Raum sind bei der Sommerhitze eine geniale Sache. Am schönen langen Tisch draußen kann man die warmen Sommerabende und den Anblick des traumhaften Pools genießen und man hat die Kinder immer im Blick. Dennoch ist die Villa groß genug, so dass jeder seinen Rückzugsort hat. Der Strand La Nartelle ist in 3 Autominuten erreichbar und auch in Sainte Maxime ist man ebenso schnell. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es selbst im Hochsommer genügend. Zu Fuß läuft man 20 Minuten, das ist ein schöner Abendspaziergang. Wir haben die leise Kritik anderer Gäste in den Bewertungen diesbezüglich nicht verstanden. Wer nicht Auto fahren möchte, kann mit dem Simplibus von der wenige Meter von der Villa entfernten Haltestelle fahren - dauert ebenso nur 3 Minuten. Alain ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sofort zur Stelle ist, wenn man Fragen oder ein Problem hat. Es war ein rundum gelungener und schöner Urlaub und die Villa von Alain ist die erste (wir kommen jedes Jahr nach Sainte Maxime), die wir sofort wieder buchen würden. Auch die Abreise ist absolut unkompliziert verlaufen und der Abschied war sehr herzlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Sommer.

Excellent séjour à la Villa Marion Paradis

Nous avons louer cette villa à 2 couples. Nous étions 8 et chacun y a trouvé son espace. La propreté y était irréprochable, la literie confortable et la piscine parfaite. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons très bien été accueillis par Alain, le propriétaire, qui a été à l'écoute. Le réfrigérateur extérieur ne fonctionnait pas et Alain nous l'a changé le jour même. Le seul bémol serait la distance jusqu'au centre ville qui est supérieure à 1km comme annoncé. Elle est plutôt de 1,5 km et c'est vrai que sur le retour, sous la chaleur et comme c'est une côte très en pente, on a vraiment l'impression que c'est beaucoup plus loin. Alain à également été très conciliant lors de notre départ et nous a permis de quitter la maison plus tard que prévu. Merci pour tout Alain. Bien évidemment, je recommande vivement cette maison. Bonne continuation Alain
