Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, only half an hour from Perpignan, come and escape to the heart of Conflent in the very picturesque village of Ria-Sirach. This pretty village house classified 3* at the Gites de France, with its private garden and its breathtaking view of the village and the Canigou, can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby in a peaceful and comfortable environment.

On the ground floor, you will benefit from a large, quiet and bright living room to relax after your excursions in the region. In the living room, enjoy the sofa (convertible into a 140x190cm bed with 18 cm thick mattress) and the equipment at your disposal such as a Wi-Fi connection, a desk, games and a large TV with Freebox included. The kitchen open to the living room is well equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, plenty of storage and accessories, etc.). The house has a quiet and comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a glass wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. You will also have a large entrance on the ground floor with a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and ironing equipment.
A small fenced outdoor garden will be ideal for meals and relaxation. (barbecue, deckchairs, garden table...).
The nearest car park is 20 m below the house and there are plenty of parking spaces near the house.
At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for the sum of 30 euros to be paid on site (excluding kitchen cleaning and barbecue).
The house is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
Pets are allowed on prior request (reinforced cleaning fee of 20 euros mandatory).
