Wonderful

New property, very clean, quiet and bright. A short drive from town and it has a large enclosed secure garden, with a superb outside space for dining and children to play. Suitable for children to play in too.

Excellent property very clean, spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the lovely treats our hosts, Yves and Corine left for us. The property was easy to find and provides parking which was a must for us. There are a couple of points , whilst not affecting our overall score are worth mentioning; the details on VRBO say the hosts are English speaking, but this wasn't the case, so there were a few communication issues for us. It would be very helpful to have the house instructions printed in English to avoid any doubt or confusion. It is possible to walk to Lehon in about 20 minutes, partly on a road, then to Dinan which in total would take about 40 - 50 minutes - this is a pretty walk and worth doing but quite a way to get your morning croissants. We couldn't find any shops in St Carne itself. The property is however in easy reach of Dinard, St Malo etc by car.

Excellent séjour. La maison est spacieuse, propre, et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire (lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, lave linge, sèche linge, hotte). Le jardin est aussi très agréable que ce soit pour s'y détendre ou prendre un apéritif. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, verdoyant à 2 kilomètres de Dinan et à 30 minutes de Saint Malo et de Dinard.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yves qui nous a fait visiter la maison et qui a mis à disposition des spécialités locales. Encore merci.Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter.

Accueil parfait, maison très agréable et moderne. Bien équipée et avec une très bonne literie tout était parfaitpour nous. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine pour le jour de l'an! La déco de fête était très sympathiqueet appropriée. Nous reviendrons surement si l'occasion se présente.

Yves war ein hervorragender Gastgeber - das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. An alles Wichtige ist im Haus gedacht worden (Küche, Garten, sonstige Ausstattung). Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Lage nach Dinan hin war ideal (fussläufig erreichbar).

Magnifique maison, spacieuse et très lumineuse, parfaitement bien équipée avec un grand jardin totalement clos intégrant transats, salon d’extérieur et salle à manger d’extérieur. Yves et Corinne sont des hôtes extrêmement réactifs et surtout très attentionnés. Clients d’Abritel depuis de nombreuses années, nous confirmons que ce talent d’accueil est rare, et que la maison est une pépite à deux pas de Dinan et de nombreux centres commerciaux.
