Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 3 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. The unit is on the first floor of the building, there is a connecting door between the units if the whole house wanted to be rented. The sheets and towels are included in the nightly rate. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

This property is not well maintained and the property details leave a lot out, like the fact that there is no air conditioning and that it is a shared residence. We had to open windows and use fans to stay cool, but the window screens were all rotten so the house was full of flying bugs. Two windows didn’t function at all and the door had no screen either. No shades on most of the windows. There is only one 35” TV in the entire house. The shower didn’t work in one of the guest rooms, a toilet in the other but the outdoor shower ran constantly and would not shut off. There were only three chairs on the outside deck and no beach chairs, only regular lawn chairs and only three of them. No bikes, no board games, no iron and ironing board. The view was great, but I would not recommend this property.

Property and weather were both great. Full moon, seals, bird watching and spring sunshine! Host Abigail gets right back to us. Great stay!

Another amazing weekend at this property! The house feels like home. Being on the beach like this is just wonderful. Lots of beach walks, shell collecting and even some ocean dips!! The nighttime fires in the solo fire pit were so relaxing. This was our 4th year staying here. It has become our fall girl gathering tradition!
