Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 4 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. This is the upstairs unit, the top two floors of the house. There is a connecting door between the two units if the whole house wanted to be rented. That would include 3 additional bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Sheets and towels are included in the nightly rate. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required. The address is 571 Kings Highway, Kennebunkport.

Bee Invasion! 🐝🐝🐝🐝

We were informed by the owner about two hours before check in time that there was a bee issue at the house. We were already in Maine. We didn’t realize the seriousness of the situation until we arrived. Thank God no one in our party was allergic to bees! We killed 50+ bees inside the house during our 4 day stay. The owners are sweet people but never offer any compensation for any inconveniences. Last year we had no TV or Internet during our stay! The house is located in a very beautiful spot on the beach. It does need a few repairs. Smoke alarms were missing and there were some broken shades and screen doors. I love Goose Rocks Beach and have been coming every year for over 20 years. I am disappointed that with such a high rental fee, things weren’t more up to par and we were offered no compensation for living with the bee infestation. Would I recommend this house? Like I said, it’s in a beautiful location.

Perfect minus the bees.

The location of this property was perfect. The sounds of the ocean and beautiful views of the Atlantic were welcoming, but bees were abundant inside the house on a daily basis even after an exterminator visited after numerous complaints. One of the guests was highly allergic and friends killed over 20+ daily, to help with her safety. Host was not concerned and told us to enjoy the beautiful day on the last correspondence. She admitted it was a problem the week before and the downstairs unit also had issues. Until rectified, would not recommend a stay.

Location is awesome!

We rented the entire house for our family and loved having both properties to spread out. The house is right on the beach and on the quieter section of the beach. We enjoyed our days on the beach and waks around goose rocks. We hope to come back again as this is what beach front living is all about!

Epic family vacation!

Hands down the most wonderful vacation rental. From a very responsive and helpful host to the immense accommodations. The most up-to-date, modern rental from beautiful big rooms, kitchen, amenities and huge deck overlooking the ocean. Most all rooms even could view the ocean. Was only a stone’s throw away to the beach. Outdoor shower was helpful when going in and out of the beach. Quiet area with peaceful days on the beach, cannot beat the view. By far the most spectacular vacation for our family and will certainly be coming back next time! Will be recommending this to anyone and everyone!

Beautiful home & view

We booked this for a girls weekend getaway and it provided all that we needed. Plenty of bedrooms for us to each have our own and space for us to relax and catch up. The deck had the perfect view and was lovely for sitting out to enjoy our morning coffee or catch the stars. Beach access was right next to the house. While we didn’t hang on the beach because it was early May, we envisioned fully enjoying this home in the summer.

The view is what warrants the price

If you just want to be on the sand with an amazing beach view this is the house for you. Beyond that the amenities do not meet premier status. Many missing blinds, filthy windows, filthy oven (smoked when tried to use), prison mattresses, smoke detector missing wires hanging from the ceiling (didn’t go off with oven smoke- but went off downstairs when someone “showered”)….. wrong info in listing regarding kitchen supplies. Think bare bones Pottery barn via Temu. This is the upstairs 2 level unit, you can hear every breath of the people below you.

Ladies Weekend

This is a great property in a lovely neighborhood. The beach is right in front and the sound of the sea is always present. Check in was easy and the property was well stocked and clean. We had a wonderful visit with each other with plenty of space and privacy with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. I hope to get back again sometime.
