From the house, in addition to the very pleasant and friendly seaside resort of Lancieux (shops at 500m, beaches at 800m), you will 'navigate' in a magnificent region:
- with varied landscapes: Dinard (10km), Saint-Malo (15 km), Saint-Jacut (10 km), Dinan (20 km), Cap-Fréhel (30 km), Mont-Saint-Michel (60 km), ...
- multiple activities: Nautical club (800 m), numerous golf courses (one of which is 1 km away), tennis (100 m), basketball / football 100 m), skate park (200 m), boules (300 m), center equestrian (4 km), numerous hiking and cycling circuits, ...

The house of 130 m2 is furnished with care and with all the necessary comfort for the most pleasant holidays for all ages and in all seasons, with or without your pet.

The large living room (Kitchen, Living room, Dining-room) gives access to the large outdoor wooden terraces, the master bedroom (160 cm bed, dressing room, bathroom) and the other 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 : upstairs bed 140 cm + 90 cm // Bedroom 2: upstairs bed 140 cm // Bedroom 3: garden level bed 140 cm)

Amazing property and location

Oliver’s house is somewhere special to stay and relax, very well appointed and decorated with lots of homely finishes. The surrounding area is amazing with lots of lovely beaches and cliff top walks.

Simply fantastic. The beautiful house is flooded with light and very tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing. The location of the house is also ideal because there are many beautiful places and beaches in the immediate vicinity. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay.

Perfect house in a perfect location

This is a beautiful well-equipped house that perfectly matched the description and the photos It is spacious and stylishly decorated. The wrap around balcony and garden spaces were wonderful. The house is just a short walk to the main beach and to the village centre where there is access to all amenities. Olivier was the perfect host - welcoming us personally and providing lots of useful recommendations. We thoroughly recommend this property for anyone thinking of spending some time in Lancieux, which is perfect holiday location.

Perfect refugium near the sea

Wonderfully and thoughtfully designed house with modern interiors. A perfect home away from home. One can see that the owner actually lives there, too. It’s well equipped, with nothing to be missed. The location is very good, the beaches can be reached easily, within walking distance, or by bike, which, conveniently, can be used. Lancieux and the Côte d’Eméraude offer everything one can wish for a good holiday. Foodies find the suitable restaurant, on the beach or in one of the villages nearby, and nature lovers, ambitious or leisurely ones, can go for walks or hikes, there is something for everyone. Water activities are possible everywhere. And from the deck of the house, having returned from a day out, the incredible night sky can be admired. There’s nothing like it!

Ausgezeichnet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Haus, welches mit seiner modernen Architektur und geschmackvollen Einrichtung zum Verweilen einlädt. Olivier ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der viel Freude daran hatte, uns allerlei Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge, Strände zu geben. Lancieux und die Küste sind traumhaft schön, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Einfach wunderschön! Das Haus ist modern und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wattwanderungen in der Bucht waren ein großer Spaß, insbesondere für unseren Hund. In der Gegend gibt so viele Strände, dass man jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand könnte und immer noch nicht alle gesehen hätte.. Und sollte es mal regnen, so gibt es in der näheren Umgebung sehr viel anzusehen - St. Malo, Dinard und auch der Mont St. Michel sind nicht allzu weit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Maison conforme à la description, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, propre et confortable.Bonne localisation sur Lancieux (accessibilité des plages et des commerces à pied ou à vélo). Das Haus ist sehr gut aus- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein richtiges Bijoux. Wir waren zu sechst und mit zwei Hunden dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Von Lancieux aus, wo das Haus am Dorfeingang etwas ab von der Hauptstrasse liegt, lässt sich die Gegend bis hin zum Mont Saint Michel oder den traumhaften Stränden perfekt erkunden. Olivier ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter und bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die wundervollen Tage in der Bretagne.

Confort et modernité

Superbe séjour à Lancieux

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans votre magnifique maison. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Olivier qui nous a donné toutes les infos utilises et conseils sur les lieux à visiter. La maison est superbe, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et très agréable ! En plus elle est idéalement située, le village est très joli, nous avions tout à disposition. Notre chien a aussi beaucoup apprécié ! Merci !

…für einen erholsamen Urlaub, für Ausflüge und kurzfristige Trips zum Meer. Das Haus bietet so ziemlich alles was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die gehobene Ausstattung war üppig, die Räume und das Haus geräumig. Zwei Familien und ein Hunde hatten hier sehr viel Platz. Der Empfang war sehr angenehm. Oliver hat uns alles gezeigt und hat sich noch sehr viel Zeit genommen uns die Umgebung und die nahen und fernen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu zeigen und auf einer Karte einzuzeichnen. Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden und können das Haus samt Vermieter bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen…. 👍

Lancieux - einfach herrlich!

Wir waren super begeistert von dem Haus und vom Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und darüber hinaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett empfangen, sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und uns hilfreiche und tolle Tipps gegeben zur Erkundung der Umgebung, zum Essen und Einkaufen. Die Bretagne und Lancieux mit der schönen Küste hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Gerne wieder und sehr gerne wieder bei unserem Gastgeber.

Vacances de Noël à Lancieux

Maison magnifique, lumineuse et aux aménagements très modernes du plus haut niveau de confort et d'état neuf, spacieuse (deux couples, une jeune adulte et un chat), vraiment idéale. Haut niveau d'équipements pour la cuisine, les loisirs et la vie quotidienne. Proche des lieux de promenades, de course à pied ou sorties vélo. Nous y avons passé 6 jours très agréables de repos et de marches au plus grand calme. Merci à Olivier pour son accueil chaleureux et sa présentation des atouts de la région, lieux de promenade, tourisme et gastronomie.

Parenthèse Magique 🌊

Cette superbe maison était le cadre idéal pour nos retrouvailles familiales ! L’accueil d’Olivier est un vrai plus : sa disponibilité, réactivité, ses bons plans visites et restos, des petites attentions… La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos! Nous étions 3 générations et chaque génération avait son propre niveau en termes de chambres. Les ados ont adoré leur liberté au sous sol avec accès jardin… La terrasse et le jardin sont superbes et parfaitement équipés et clôturés, ce qui était parfait pour notre chien. La maison se situe dans une impasse. Calme absolue. Le skate parc et tennis ont fait le bonheur des enfants. L’équipement est parfait, jusqu’à la grande buanderie en sous sol, avec accès direct sur l’extérieur ce qui évite d’encombrer la maison avec sac de plage, chaussures, manteaux. Et la déco…. Une maison de plage… Trottinettes, vélos, jeux de société, jeux de plage, … tout est là pour agrémenter notre séjour. Et la maison est idéalement située. En moins de 30 minutes ou presque : Dinan, dinard, saint Malo, cap Frehel…le top. Merci Olivier pour cette superbe parenthèse! Mary & compagnie.

Ruhig gelegenes wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir, Ehepaar mit zwei Töchtern und zwei Haustieren, haben im Juli 2023 zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in Lancieux verbracht. Der Gastgeber, Olivier, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und fand sich nach einem technischen Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler sogar sonntags ein, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, mit allen technischen Annehmlichkeiten, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ein kleiner Garten und schöne Westterrasse laden zum Sonnenbaden ein. Lancieux und Umgebung sind definitiv eine Reise wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
