Breathtaking aqua blue Gulf front view overlooking the south pool. Private, spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Miramar Beach includes beach service with an umbrella and 2 beach chairs (only in season March-October). This 3rd floor unit with an unobstructed view of the gulf is in the perfect location. Travel to Destin Commons for an afternoon of shopping or take a short drive to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Pompano Joes is a short walk away for happy hour or a gulf front meal.
Stay with us and you can vacation like a local with locals as your guides. The best part? Have your coffee in the morning sitting on your own private balcony, listening to the waves and smelling the salt air.
Pass required for the gated parking lot. The facility has 2 pools, 1 hot tub, a workout facility, tennis courts, outdoor grills, deeded beach access (only for Maravilla guests), an ice vending machine and a party room (for an additional fee).
Pet Friendly (upon discussion with owner), no parties and no smoking. Condo building does have an elevator (very close to the main entry door to your unit. Must be 25 or older to book.

Great Destin ation!

The condo is perfect for a couple or family with a few youngsters that can sleep in the bunk beds. Clean and nicely updated. Great views and location. Owners communicated well.

Long awaited Honeymoon

My husband and I finally took the time for our honeymoon, 31 years in the planning. I've stayed at this condo complex before and new where I wanted to take the husband. When I found this one I knew it was perfect. This property is awesome and was perfect for us! The property managers are very excellent to work with. The remodel they have done makes the space very welcoming and it feels like your home away from home. I also noticed the improvements that are happening throughout the entire property and was very impressed as well. We enjoyed our time so much that we will definitely be back. Thank you to Destin 2B for EVERYTHING!

Wonderfully stay!
