The house was very clean and well taken care of. The host responded quickly to all of my questions. We loved the private pool, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! The location was great and made getting to the beach easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay! We enjoyed being close to the beach, using the golf cart, swimming in the pool and relaxing on the large patio with nice canal view. Parts of the house are beginning to show some wear and tear (bathrooms, grill, etc) but overall the house has a lot of space, well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Thanks for a great vacation!

The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. The flexibility of having the beach nearby (with golf cart transportation), a private pool, and a dock for fishing makes for the perfect family home with something for everyone.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—I walked to the beach every single day, and we used the golf cart daily too, especially for quick trips across the road to the cute little ice cream shop!Having access to the bay was such a bonus. We used the kayaks and paddle board to float out toward the main channel and even took advantage of the fishing poles. The pool was another favorite and was the perfect afternoon treat after spending the morning at the beach.The beach itself was beautiful, with lots of seashells and just a short walk from the access point to the water. And the sunsets here are AMAZING! Definitely some of the prettiest we’ve seen.The house is also conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and everything we needed, and it was a quick and easy drive to the St. Petersburg-Clearwater airport.Between the beach, bay, pool, golf cart, and great location, this place had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We made some wonderful memories and had an absolutely perfect trip!

We loved our stay here! So close to the beach and on the bay. The pool was nice. Everything was very clean and we loved that each room had its own temperature control. There were also so many beach chairs/ toys.

This property was great! We were just one block away and the golf cart made it so convenient to get all the people and gear over to enjoy the beach which had the softest sand and amazing view! And having your own pool was a bonus when you want to just lay low. Check in was smooth, the space was super clean and they had everything we needed. Totally recommend and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay! The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, the house had plenty of rooms to spread out, loved taking the golf cart to the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall it had everything we needed and more and was very clean and well kept.

Overall, we had a very positive experience during our stay. The property’s location is excellent, with convenient access to the beach, and we particularly enjoyed the pool, despite the light intermittently blinking and not remaining on. The decor throughout the home was thoughtfully done and contributed to an inviting atmosphere. The availability of the golf cart was also a notable and appreciated amenity.There are, however, a few areas that would benefit from attention. Several of the lounge chairs were missing slats and are in need of repair or replacement. Additionally, the absence of a ladder on the deck made launching the kayak less convenient. The storage bin was overcrowded with outdated pool floats and rusted beach chairs, requiring us to clear it out in order to locate a couple of usable chairs.

Amazing location! We enjoyed the pool deck and its great water views. It was an easy walk to the beach, but we also really appreciated the golf cart. The layout inside also made it easy for us all to gather for meals and board games, plus easy spots for the kids to play, craft, or chill!

We had 9 people at the beach house and had space for everyone. The kitchen included everything we needed for cooking and the dining table was great for our large group. The pool was nice and warm and clean and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The host brought over a propane tank so we could use the outdoor fire. The beach was very walkable and the bikes and golf cart were an added bonus. The one downside was the beds which were too soft for our taste.

We loved the house; there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. We loved the big couches and the fire pit at night, as well as the large dining room tables, both inside and out. We were all able to sit together easily, which made for great bonding times. Our host was very responsive to any of our needs and could not have been more helpful. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Close to everything in the area. Highly recommend!

Great location, great amenities. Highly recommend for families as it comfortably fit all 11 people with plenty for all to do- swimming, biking, golf carting, fishing, etc etc.

Spring break get away

Property was in a great location. Close to beach, icecream, bars and shops! Everyone had a great time fishing off the dock, swimming and relaxing by the pool. Would definitely rent this property again!

Awesome home and location

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of six adults and six kids ages 11 months to seven years. It was like new and very clean. A very easy walk to the eighth Street public beach access, or use the fun golf cart. Kids loved the pool. Very nice quiet neighborhood.

Great house near the beach

we loved our stay at this house! beautiful pool ( a big deep in the deep end ;-) ) canoes in the back and our surprise a golf kart to go to the beach! we really would love to staty there again..
