Great location, good stay

We had a great time - location was amazing as super close to everything. Apartment was good although we did have some small hiccups - dishwasher not working and only had 1 key for 6 people. But owner was super helpful and easy to contact.

Globalmente gostei do apartamento , até porque já tinha estado noutros idênticos e conhecia a disposição.No entanto, neste, considero que, sendo intenção do anfitrião continuar a alugar o apartamento no futuro , há alguns aspetos que deveriam ser melhorados , por ex as cadeiras da mesa de jantar , muito envelhecidas e “desirmanadas”O mobiliário da varanda, muito envelhecido também, sem chapéu de sol que permitisse o uso dela sem ser já no fim do dia. Apesar da varanda ser pequena , não era impeditivo de pensar num melhor aproveitamento do espaço, com melhor mesa e cadeiras ( as que estavam não eram convidativas ao uso )Nos utensílios de uso no fogão, poderia haver mais 1/2 tachos ou frigideira .Obrigava a lavar para reutilizar. ( tendo em conta que éramos 4 adultos mas no anuncio dizia poder ser usado por 6.)Estivemos toda a semana sem televisão , mas foi -nos dito que “era um problema global da antena do condomínio .” No entanto estava assim no mínimo há 2 semanas …Exteriormente, nada a dizer. pelo contrário :Bom espaço e cuidado. boa piscina e cuidada , cadeiras , chapéus e mesa para estar confortável “ao sol” Boa garagem e bom acesso. Perto de restaurantes / Take away e supermercado com o essencial .Tudo o que explanei, foi apenas no bom sentido de melhorar o “apartamento “ em si, já que são bons condomínios, bem inseridos e um bom espaço interior .Obrigada.

Limpeza muito má..ou melhor..falta dela..notou se tudo feito as 3 pancadas e para despachar, sem ter em atenção aos principais pontos de higiene, pois nao se sabe quem esteve antes de nós. Deveriam levar lençóis e toalhas a meio da estadia e não passado uma semana como disseram que faziam e nem isso fizeram.
